My husband and I were excited to try their coffee for the first time? not to impressed since it tasted super watered down, not... worth it for the price of the coffee. Plus asking the customer if they?d like to add a tip is very uncomfortable and makes onefeel obligated to do so. I?ll stick to my other coffee joint. Read more
The coffee is fine. The real complaint is that every time I drive through, I am asked ?would you like to add a tip today.? They... started doing this a few months ago. Well, that?s a pretty uncomfortable situation to be put in for someone who (used to) getcoffee there everyday. Of course When someone asks so bluntly, I?m going to feel obligated to add a tip. But given the fact thatthe coffee is already 7 dollars give or take, and I would ideally go everyday, constantly adding a tip becomes a hefty monthlyexpense. This isn?t a customary practice. Never have I been asked if i?d like to add a tip at a starbucks or dutch bros, forexample. On one occassion, I said ?no thankyou? as I couldn?t really afford to spend more than the cost of the drink. There wasfor sure a noticeable look of agitation on the workers face. Their demeanor changed and they unemotionally handed me the coffeeafter a chipper and jubilant greeting. Please, please, stop asking people if they want to add a tip as you are handling theircard! It?s awkward and most people will say ?yes? to avoid being rude, however many people can?t afford to consistently turn a 5dollar drink into something more expensive! Read more

This place does not care about the food they give to you. I ordered a bagel with sausage and they gave me a overcooked burnt... sandwich with the foil burnt into the cheese. I went back there for a refund and they didn't even apologize at all. They keptasking if I want another sandwich when I just wanted my money back. When I showed them the sandwich they just said that the itmust have been in the oven too long. So knowing that, they still gave it out without checking it. How unprofessional! The onlyreason I gave it 2 stars is because the coffee is quite good. I will not order food from there again. Read more
I don't say this very often, but damn.....their cold brew is so yummy! A friend of mine told me about Green Bean, but I didn't... have time to swing by for my fix until my last day at Fort Carson. I'm very anti-drive thru, but that was my only option thistime. Back seat passengers can't complain. lol. Cold brew was very smooth and strong. I needed that strong fix, and it feltgood. Wait also wasn't too long, although I still think we could have cut our wait time in half if we had parked and walked upto the window. Just saying though.... Definitely worth giving a try....
