I was in there when there was a rush so I know I may not be assigned for a little bit but when me and my wife ask late me know... when you are ready to take our order HER response can you wait with an attitude I was like ok your in a rush I let that slidebut then she expressed to the co-work I'm going to get those dam people out of my lobby and lock the door. 4 months ago. Accurate location. Food is usually perfect Now? Since then I've ordered things like 3 large onion rings to be... given old rock solid onion rings. More than once. After I found out that Burger King had a veggie burger (my oldest is a vegetarian) I searched for the perfect Burger King... location to buy one for my son. I know it sounds weird but I am particularly picky since veggie burgers and burger establishmentdoesn't mesh well, lets face it; it's like buying a hamburger at a chinese restaurant but I thought I'd give it a try. Afterreading the reviews on Google for all 3 location near me I was apprehensive about ordering it from any one location. I read poorreviews anywhere from cold food, wrong orders to dirty dining rooms, I was about to give up. The one location with the leastbad reviews was this Ft Campbell location. To my pleasant surprise my order was perfect , the food was hot and the staff wasfriendly. And better yet the veggie burger looked wonderfully appetizing, my son loved it. Good job Burger King for a goodproduct, my 11 yr old son was so happy! Read more
I love those Whoppers, but they never, ever get my order right. Something as simple as a burger and fries, you would think they... couldn't screw up. But think again, because they do every time. It baffles me. So check your order before leaving. You'll beglad you did. Read more
I have mixed feeling about this establishment. I have eaten here a few times and more than once I have received food not... according to how I had ordered it. Many times they keep ingredients on meals that were asked to be excluded or/and ingredientsthat were asked to be added are left off. I rarely have received a hot meal from this place and I don't find out until I'm homewhich leaves me having to warm my meal up. The taste of the food has never been a problem so I have continued to give them mybusiness, however, I will no longer be visiting this location because the hastle of picking up food is not worth it. I am not pleased with my visit. If it wasn't for the person at the drive thru window being friendly and polite this would be a 1... star. I ordered the sourdough philly cheese king. The description on the website is "The SOURDOUGH PHILLY CHEESEKING? Sandwich features two savory flame-grilled beef patties totaling more than 1/2 lb.* of beef, layered with melted slicedAmerican cheese, caramelized onions and creamy American cheese sauce all assembled on our toasted sourdough bun." I got thepatties and cheese slices. The caramelized onions? A single small onion slice that looked like it was just cooked for a second.The cheese sauce? Cold and had little dots in it, assuming the powder thats supposed to be mixed in and dissolved? It was coldas well as my fries, at least they put the tomatos i asked for. This isnt the first time my meal has come disappointing so thiswas probably my last visit. I will mention again that the employee at the drive thru window was friendly and polite so no issuesthere. The indian ladies said they will not make any lunch items in the morning specifically the hand breaded chicken even though... burger King is known to be an "Full Menu" restaurant which means all day serving all food. The reason is because "it takes like10 minutes to make" also says full menu open all day on their signs Read more
