I ordered my single pizza for delivery and requested to pay cash at 07:36pm and called back at 10:06pm to see if maybe the... driver got lost but when the lady answered the phone and tried to track the order she said it never went through. Then when iasked if she could place the order again she didn't even give me an estimated time on when it would arrive and hung up after iordered. Read more

This has became me favorite location! A lot of new faces are working here I've seen and the service is really good! I've tried... almost everything on their menu and my favorite is the Philly pizza so far!! The manager seems to really care for his storesince he has been in charge here, and seems to be working very hard to make this one in particular the best dominos! Keep up thegreat work guys. By far the worst Dominos staff ever. My order said 34-44 minutes. It was just under an hour and a half when i check my pizza... status and it said ?delivered? but i have never received my order. So i called and asked about my order and the lady on thephone put me on hold without saying anything for 10min. I hung up and immediately called back. They weren?t busy. She said myorder was stated delivered because i never answered the door. I live in a small barracks room, i would definitely hear the door,I told her. Then she claimed they called. I screenshotted my call log to prove to her i never received a call. I asked if theywere going to send me another pizza and she was extremely rude saying ?no but we can send you the same pizza?. I told her iwaited a hour and a half already, by the time I get my order its going to be over 2 hrs my food will be cold. She said ?wellcancel and get your money back?. I told her to send it anyway. Employees take these time delivering orders. Witnessed a female driver take order to her car then stop and talk with the lady in... the snowcone truck for almost 15 minutes. We were there for the dog training in the parking lot. Also the drivers will drive upon the sidewalks behind the barracks instead of walking on them like their supposed to. Store is pretty clean, but the femalemanager, just plain rude. Food decent. Read more
