So, I do appreciate for the willingness to fulfill our order even tho their was a mix up on times for us to pick up our ice... cream (we ordered from the website for pick up). The gentleman who acknowledged us and gathered our order was nice. However, thefemale that worked there did not say anything when we walked in and stood at the, "online order" counter. She was closet to meand never acknowledged us as we stood there, didn't greet us didn't excuse the delay in service.. NOTHING. The busiest workerwas the one that came over to make sure we were taken care of. Grant it, it was Sunday at 4:30p and it was busy. But to justtake time out to say, Hey we will be with you shortly would have made a huge difference. We waited about 10 minutes before wewere even spoken to. The only reason why we waited was because I had already paid for the ice cream. On another note, if you doorder online I recommend you don't tip until after you receive your ice cream. We have been going to this Cold Stone for two years once a week. Over the past 6 months or so this place has started to go... downhill. Last night was the last chance I was giving them. Both the workers in the store were rude to me and the 7 people infront of me. They were complaining about their job, co-workers and made comments in front of us all for coming in close toclosing and that ?that?s what you get when you come in right before we close? referring to the wait and that only one of themwas making ice cream. To top this all off the worker got both our ice creams wrong and gave us both the same mix in of Oreoswhen it wasn?t even remotely close to what we asked for. We will be driving into Fayetteville now just to get better service.Unacceptable I worked at a Cold Stone for 3 years in High School from 2005-2007 in California. Our Cold Stone was the busiestin the country at that time and it closed at midnight. We never complained because we liked our job and the tips made up forthe long nights when we wouldn?t get out till around 2:00AM sometimes. Cold Stone is a great place to work and is fun. Ownershere need to look at who they have working there and who is managing and create a better culture. It can be a great learningexperience for workers if they can buy into the company. Read more

I ordered two strawberry banana smoothies and sadly the smoothie mix wasn't used and I had to request it be added, it came out... looking like soup both times it was made, also had large chucks of ice needless to say I was very disappointed, because I hadthe same smoothie at a location in Lumberton and it was perfect. Ask anyone who knows me- ice cream drives me wild, some flavors or brands more than others. At this location, I have tried and... just can?t get enough of the mint flavor mixed with chocolate flakes! Ordered an ice cream and it was amazing hit. Love that you can custom your cake so much. Although it's a little pricey, it is... well worth the money. Staff were helpful and patient as we ordered the cake since there are so make different choices to make. Read more

I just discovered this place a few weeks ago. Now I have to pretend it doesn't exist so I don't come here every day. There's... indoor and covered/lighted outdoor seating. The scoops are huge so if you only really want one scoop, I would get a kid's size.If you want your mix-ins in really small pieces, ask them to crush it separately before they mix it in the ice cream.
