Wow, the worst Starbucks I have been in! Least friendly crew, no paper towels in the bathroomn tables empty but dirty, gave me... the stink eye when I asked for the straw that actually fit my cup. You live in one of the most beautiful places and have a job!The food was not visible in the case so I mentioned my disappointment that I could not get a piece of lemon loaf, they had it,just not in the case so you could see that they had it. The coffee is good and the staff friendly. In terms of customer service they are EXCELLENT. I saw a previous review that they... chat, which they do, but i find that it's more normal for co-workers that know and have worked together a while and not reallyso bad it stops them from doing their job. They are clearly busy in drive thru and mobile orders. But that is just myobservations with the current staff, it could all be different. However.... This is one of the DIRTIEST and most UNCARED forStarbucks I have ever been to. I've been here for hours and the floor is VERY dirty with dirt, dog hair, unknown liquids, andfoot prints on the floor, crumbs on the tables and benches/chairs, cobwebs in the corners and behind some of the seats. Thepastry i ordered had a small piece of half melted cheese on the outside of the wrapper...? The inside was fine but why was theoutside so dirty??? I'm a bit concerned over how well they clean behind the counter... there are also a lot of flies inside, atleast two different species: regular flies and fruit flies. Also this Starbucks has ZERO OUTLETS, so if you plan to come hereto work, make sure you come with a full battery on your electronic devices. The MUSIC and ambience is PRETTY GOOD. A lot ofpeople still come in to stay, but please UP YOUR CLEANING ROUTINE. I have no idea if cleaning is once a day or once every fewdays or what. Clearly the place is in DESPERATE need for a DEEP clean. The windows also have some smudge marks. I get placesget busy but when it gets this bad, cleaning just has to be prioritized. Like I said the staff are FRIENDLY, and the buildingis a comfortable temperature so it's likely I'll keep coming back when I visit, but some serious cleaning upkeep is needed. Read more
Starbucks employees are usually always friendly, courteous and have your drinks made in a timely manner. Not this Starbucks. The... employees are unfriendly, rude and do not even acknowledge you when you pay at the window..I understand why the mom and popcoffee places are a lot busier. Read more
Not what was originally thought of when Starbucks was opened. They don?t want you to hang around any more. No power to plug a... computer in to. Cannot connect to wifi. We have to live with Covid and it?s been around long enough now let?s get back to life.Even a lack of care even when just asking about the power issue. Of course, coffee was good, however it is obvious that the store is not maintained. Dead flies on window sills along with much... dust, crumbs on tables, trash on counter tops. No, not super busy. When the few people in line were served the staff chattedrather than clean. We cleaned off a table to use next to the window and noticed all the dirt and dead flies. Most people do thedrive through. My recommendation is to just drive through. If your meeting friends there are many clean places in town to sitand relax and enjoy the company of friends. Read more
Ordered latte, cappuccino, brownie, apple cider using mobile order. They were quick and made everything perfectly
Coffee and tea were fast, staff was friendly. No complaints really.
Pleasant surprise to be at the grand reopening of this Starbucks after its remodel. Literally here and waiting at the door for... it to be opened for the first time since the remodel.
