On Thursday, September the 3rd at 11:49 went in for a 6 inch steak and cheese, sandwich was good but the old lady that works... there is not a good employee, bad service. Threw the receipt like I was nothing, haha what is that? I mean she?s old why is shestill working there with that attitude, retirement is all she needs to think about. Read more

Went for two subway clubs and they ran out of roast beef for the second one. I said that's fine just put double Turkey then and... she wanted to charge me extra. Um, you want to charge me full price for a sandwich missing 1/3 the meat but and extra if I wanta full sandwich worth of meat. Unbelievable. Read more

Never go there, they dont give any meat for the money, what you get is a salad on bread

I ordered catering online and did not get a confirmation email sent to the email I input in the order. We went to several... locations to find the order and ended up buying 2 pizza from another establishment for a work party. No call or email from thestore about the pick up but I get an email (not a call) from the catering call center at 4pm about it. My pick up time was12...4 fricking hours later. And they are still going to charge me. I would rather drive all the way off post to anotherfranchise to do catering with. I think it's piss poor service for a huge corperation like that. Read more
