I love smoothie king but today I went in at 10:30am and there were several employees that had a cap on but their hair was long... and loose. It was kinda gross. One girl making smoothies her hair was down to her chest and it was not in a ponytail. Her hairwas every where. Another employee had his hair in a pony tail and a cap but had hair falling all over from under the cap. Ithought when u work in a place like that it's a rule to have employees have their hair neat and out of the way. Read more
The worst Smoothie King I have ever been to. I am a regular at my local Smoothie King. I went to this one several times because... I kept thinking they were having a bad day or I that I had gotten a new person who didn't know how to properly make smoothies. Ifinally came to the conclusion that their quality is awful. Read more
I loved the selection you guys had to offer and even better where the prices, It was an enjoyable experience. However I do wish... the atmoshpeher was more "clean" in the way that these smoothies made me feel. Give it more of a relaxing, home like living roomdecor! Just a thought but I will visit again! By the time I arrived it was close to closing time. I was standing there for 5 minutes and 3 employees seen me. It was 1948 hrs... and they close at 2000hrs. One guy turned his back to me and continued to rinse out the blender cup. He glanced behind at metwice. Another female seen me but continued to fill up an order in a blender but there were no customers but I standing insidethe store. The third employee came out glanced at me and went to the guy and said something and both turned the heads to noticeme but then went back to what they were doing. Cleaning before store closure is a good way to start closing if the are nocustomers waiting. Ignoring customers is rude and disrespectful. Will not visit this store location again. Read more

I wouldn?t even give this establishment 1 star. Ordered a smoothie followed by 2 more customers ordering theirs. Both of them... received their amoothies before i did..meanwhile mine is sitting in the blender, done, while this Hispanic female is flirtingwith the customers. The cashier seemed like he didn?t know how to do his job. 2 smoothie orders were messed up while I wassitting in there waiting on my order. Took me speaking to 4 different people just to get my refund. Read more
