As a former general manager for Dunkin Donuts, the wait time per customer in the drive truth and/or inside the store in the... morning time frame is extremely long. Average 5 to 15 minutes per customer. Also, I highly advice the store manager to conduct abetter "customer service" approach to all workers from shift leaders to regular workers. Read more
Order was correct. Cashier was helpful. Tried new menu item veggie egg bites. They were ok, not great. I could not finish them,... for some reason they were not agreeing with me. The toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and white chocolate coffee were abetter combination for my go to work appetite! Sweet donuts are always welcomed at the office! Glazed my favorite! The absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to. And being on a base is saying something. Wasn't even a long line but waited over 30... minutes to order. The cashier kept leaving after every order to do things that other people in the back should have been doing.I don't know how it makes sense to take one order, go away and do stuff, and then take the next order. Not a fan of this location at all, they're usually always out of the doughnuts my kids like, even glazed no matter the time of... day and they NEVER can seem to make my coffee order correct, no consistency at all because every time it tastes and lookscompletely different. The one on Dyer is superior so I go there when I want a good coffee and more ???? options for mykids????oh and this location doesn't accept coupons and you can't use the Dunkin app!????Better management and staff trainingwould be a good idea. Drive thru cashiers are generally nice human beings, patient , and courteous. Food is always consistent in quality. We've gone... to this one and various hours , both drive thru and in house. Read more
I find that the drinks do not always taste the same that you would get if you went to a different Dunkin. Besides that, you do... often wait in a long drive thru line and they don?t always seem to be in a hurry. They also always seem to be out of something.Today it was large cups. The other issue is that most of the time they forget something. Today I got home and realized theyforgot a food item, but of course I made the mistake of not checking before I left since I was in a hurry and just assumed itwas correct. All that to say, make sure you check your order every time and just keep your expectations low when stopping here. Read more
Great quick service. They gave us some donuts too because they had made to many for the day. It was a nice surprise.
Normally good experiences here but all it takes is one. 100th time here and the clerk up front didn't know what a mocha was.... I've ordered a mocha a million times and never was asked if I wanted a latte or any of the other 30 variations. Lady, I justwanted a mocha. I ended up with something that I don't know what it is but it sure as hell isn't a mocha. Then the oldretirement home aged tw@t was rude when I asked to clarify whose drink it was when it hit the counter. Read more
