This is my last resort to eat because there isn?t much else nearby except subway, and their line is usually long. Went here at... 1:25 PM on a Sunday. Nobody answered the drive thru. Went inside and they said they were closed until 2 PM? Didn?t make sense,didn?t match posted hours. Last time I ate here my food tasted like it was in the warmer for an hour. Restaurant doesn?t obeyit?s mandatory hold times. Seems to be little management oversight. Read more
Service and food is poor every time I go. I think I could deal with the poor attitudes of the workers if the food was any close... to being up to par even of a poorly ran Burger King but the food is almost inedible.I?ve only been a few times. What is far more disgusting than the old crusty breakfast croissants is the lack of alternative options except for on post... eateries. This place will never change, because there won't be a reason for them to. If you choose to eat here expect your foodto be served cold, and your service less than desirable with a heaping of attitude. Read more
It did not take long for me to get my food but if you don?t ask for it fresh and wait the 6 mins your food may not be no where... near fresh. My food has been lukewarm and under the heater all day. Came here on several occasions and this has happened, had totake food back because the order was wrong and remade sometimes up to three or four times. This is ridiculous! I order the same exact thing every time, and without fail it is different every time. Severe lack of training or caring at this... location. This trip had raw bacon on one of my sandwiches, dried beef patties that had sat in the heater for about an hourlonger than they should have, and two top buns- and it was the closest they have come to getting it correct. The service is almost always fast, however, i find myself sitting at the speaker for a few minutes waiting for my order to be... taken. All the while I can hear over the speaker that the employees are laughing and having a fun time while there's a line outto the road of people waiting to order. My orders are always messed up. Im not sure whats so difficult about putting only cheeseand ketchup on a whopper. I somehow always end up with a regular whopper with everything on it. Read more
