Absolutely appalled by the service that was just provided by Susi. Whoever in their right mind thought it would be a good idea... to hire her to work with customers was definitely desperate. She was extremely rude to both my husband and I as we paid for ourfood. She was put out by having to put our food into a bag and gave a smart remark about it. Then she proceeded to continue tobe rude when my husband just eyed the bag of chips for the nachos we ordered. It was well under filled and pre-packaged anyother time we have purchased the nachos the bag was filled up in front of us. The chips are stale and most are broken and sheyelled at us and told us that is all we are getting ripped the chips from my husband and shoved them in the bag. She also failedto provide us with our receipt and as we were walking away she continued to make disrespectful comments towards us. For heralone I will tell others not to use that location and will never go there again. Qdoba is one of my favorite food places andwill either use the PX or just go elsewhere in general I refuse to pay money to a place that thinks that is the quality ofservice that should be provided. She picked the place where she chose to work if she dislikes people so much or providing themservice then she shouldn?t work somewhere where she is helping customers face to face all day. Read more

The food is always excellent here and the portions are pretty great! (I get the bowl usually) I have not been back in a few... weeks, but today's visit was good with one exception; Susi. Whoever hired her must have been desperate. Not only was she rude tothe customers, she was VERY rude to the other workers on the line. This would be a 5 star review if it wasnt for her! Read more

This place is a DISAPPOINTMENT.You would think people would look more motivated to work and at least act like you like your job.... Poor customer service. The food is great they need to work on how the employees treat their customers .I really enjoy QDOBA .Specially if I'm driving 30min to eat here. The food is not as good as it use to be. Prices have gotten up and the quality hasgone down ????????. I will not be coming back here . Food made me sick . Read more

I have always had decent service when I visit, only issue they are not consistent with the service size of the brisket now I... only order when it?s in a separate bowl because they never serve a decent portion, once I ordered extra ground beef on the sidethey gave me a sauce cup size serving. Horrible customer service. From the very beginning the lady making my order seemed like she just didn't want to be working... there. Once she passed my food to the next worker he had the same attitude. Worst customer service I have had at any Qdoba Ihave been at. Read more

Service was very very slow. Instead of working together to finish orders, two workers watched one struggle to complete orders... that were taken. I literally watched food be made for 15 min before I was acknowledged. I understand be busy. However, everyonewatching one person be overwhelmed while customers stand in line for extended periods of time is unacceptable. Was there amanager present? Who was in charge? Can this be fixed? The Qdoba in the PX near burger King really needs to review their staffs behavior. I didnt purchase food from Qdoba today, I did... an online order for Tropical Smoothie. I arrived a few minutes early and waiting for my food. A Qdoba employee with blonde hairapproached the TS employee asking if her order was ready, it was not. They also had a line up of orders to complete. This younglady from Qdoba (clearly employee there, wearing her uniform and hair net) proceeds to yell as she walks through the lobbyexpressing her anger about her order not being ready. I would imagine that being in food service herself, she would have enoughclass to conduct herself in a more professional manner. Everyone in the lobby eating area, is now fully aware that she is upsetthat other people (online orders) received their order before her. Her outburst pains a very negative picture of the staff atQdoba, which is already poor to say the least. I just expected better from her. Read more

The Qdoba in the Main PX was not only disappointing (even for Qdoba standards), but the staff attitude and appearance was... definitely beyond reasoning. There didn't have half of the standard offerings (this was way pass the lunch rush) and putattitude when asked if they have it available in the kitchen. Customers would probably receive better treatment in a homelessshelter than there. Will never come back even if they offer the food for free. Read more
