This Dunkin has not been good any time I've been. Any time I ask for more of something, I'll receive less. When I want a hot... latte, they always give me an iced. The cappucino machine is ALWAYS down. When I go, the line is always super long so its reallydisappointing to not get what you expected in the end. I only go here becuase its the only one in my morning commute but iftheres another one near you, don't bother going to this one. Read more
A place that used to be great, has now degraded to extreme unsatisfactory. The first was incorrect, I hoped it was a fluke. The... second time my order was made with zero effort and was sloshed everywhere and my coffee tasted horrid. Cheese not even melted,hash browns everywhere and cold. I wanted to give them one more try as to this was my favorite coffee spot. I can no longer comehere and this time was the last straw. My donuts were stake, coffee was so bad that no amount of creme or sugar could save it.Sandwich sloshed everywhere, hash browns cold again. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a fast food place that actuallyserves edible food. Can not even fathom the horrible taste and dissatisfaction this Dunkin donuts has brought. Showed up at 0601 and was the second vehicle in line. One worker came in 15 mins late and both workers were severely incapable.... No food or drink for any customer was produced for 25 mins. Employees didn?t know their menu and I didn?t get to the windowuntil 0625. Once I arrived at the window, the coffees weren?t even started. In fact, the employees asked me 3 different timesfor an alternate order since they weren?t aware of lack of stock. At that point I wanted to leave as it was 0635 and I wascharged for something they didn?t have. Sat in line for 35 mins and departed with nothing, being the 2nd vehicle in line.Miserable experience. Man look! I thought they were closed on the inside because of how long the kine was in the drive through. NAW...they didn't want... to get out. There was no line. The staff was courteous, attentive, and fast. I was done within 10mins, maybe less with myfavorite fall sandwich and drink to relax. I ordered the maple bacon sandwich and pumpkin latte.
