Really a 2.5... I ordered a medium pizza with steak and banana peppers and added the "Extra" steak option and this is what I... got... WHAT A JOKE! I think they need to have a sign on what the word extra means. (I hate 1 slice prior to writing thisreview.) Pizza was still decently warm when I picked it up at the store I also ordered a Philly steak sandwich with "EXTRA"steak and yeah.. doesn't look extra at all! Read more
If you order a pizza 3 hours before close they will let your pizza sit there until close so the delivery guy doesn?t have to... make anymore trips back a fourth. Pizza is always cold and generally takes 2-3 hours to show up to you. Read more
We placed an order at 8:36, our food was put on a "quality check" at 9:05. It is now 11:05 and it is still sitting in quality... check. Were almost at 3 hours past our order time. We've tried calling and have been sitting on the line for 30 minutes totalbetween all of the calls we've been trying to make. Nobody is answering. Where's our pizza? Read more
Multiple times I've waited around 2 hours for pizza to arrive. Consistently it also arrived burnt and one time not even cut. ... The wait alone warrants a refund but they offer coupons. Twice I've ordered beverages and both times they've forgotten. Theonly reason I've ordered more than once is the grocery stores are ransacked and they're the only place that delivers. Read more
Placed an order 3 hours ago, knowing it would be a 2hr wait. Got a text notification that the driver was on the way an 1 hr and... 30min later, got a phone call from the driver 30m later that they had gotten lost, that was an 1 hour and 15m ago. Called thestore three times, only to be hung up on after sitting on hold for 10+ minutes each time. Called driver back, to go straight toVM. Never gotten such terrible service from Domino's. Finally got through to the store, and was told the driver had left 20minutes ago. A full 2 hours after i got a notification they were enroute. My buddy drove to the store, got my message that ihad gotten through, and drove back. Still no pizza. 4 hours since order was placed. 2hr 45m since notification sent driver wason the way. 2hr 15m since wife got the call they were on their way. 40m since i was told the driver had left 20m ago. Justcalled back, was told by the same manager the driver left 5m ago. TLDR; driver, manager lied about order status. 4+ hours noorder. Domino's clearly doesnt need my business. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas at 8:37 pm, with an estimated delivery time of 63-73 minutes. I called at 10:26 pm seeing that the pizza was... still sitting at the store over an hour after being done. Employee on the phone was absolutely unapologetic and says it willstill be a minimum of a half hour before it gets delivered. Waiting two and a half hours for 2 pizzas that were supposed totake just over an hour is ridiculous. Glad they refunded my money, I will go spend it somewhere else. Read more
The delivery wasn?t to long. However, the ingredients didn?t taste very fresh and my pizza wasn?t hot. It was closer to being... cold than hot. Not really warm either. Parts of it was warm but most of it was cold. Kind of hard to explain, but I hope you allget the point. I wasn?t expecting perfect, but was hoping to have hot pizza. Some people like cold pizza, as do I. However, Idon?t like cold pizza for delivery. As for the ingredients, maybe I got the bottom of the container. Stingy with sauces and toppings... late 3 times recently by an hour or more. Latest by an hour and forty minutes. They have a... hard time following directions ("next to the building" apparently can mean either a quarter mile away OR next to the building).Without warning, came with the wrong drink once. Forgot my sauces the next time. Don't know how to slice a pizza, it often lookslike a jigsaw puzzle. I have three free pizzas from them being late so far, but I am not sure if I actually want to redeem themanymore. I keep giving second chances and getting screwed because of it. Read more
