Called them today for a last minute platter and they had it done and delivered to a work meeting in 1 hour. The subs were neat... and all different. Very impressed and happy with this order. Read more

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff! Two young girls working 2/19 at the ft Atkinson store yelling at customers and using... profanity? I never seen such terrible attitudes and language towards a paying customer, sad and gave me the wrong sandwich whenthey said they fixed it they gave me the same one right back. Sad. One was the cashier and the other was sitting next to herthen they started yelling the owner should be so embarrassed to have them as employees. What a way to join the workforce, smh.Wonder how far those attitudes will take them? pathetic place. Read more

The actions, words & behavior of the employees when myself, 6 year old son & 8 year old daughter ate at the Fort Atkinson, WI... location was atrocious and completely inexcusable. If that weren?t bad enough all of our sandwiches were not made right andthrown together. If I were the owner I would shut my doors before having employees like that run my business and push awaycustomers. Not only were they completely disrespectful to me but to my kids as well. We left the rest of our food and leftbefore I started yelling, which takes a great deal to get me to that point. Both my kids and myself deserve and EXPECT anapology and to reimburse us for our poor excuse for sandwiches. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THE JIMMY JOHNS IN FORT ATKINSON,WISCONSIN!! Read more

Ordered mini Jimmys online to cater a work event. Sandwiches arrived cut in thirds and open ended wrapping, rather than the... small sandwich bags the half sandwiches used to be packed in. We ordered a mix of 4 sandwich types and received only 3varieties. I contacted the store immediately to have our order corrected and was told: 1. That they no longer offer mini-Jimmysand 2. That I must be mistaken, because the sandwiches are correct quantities... As I'm staring at the boxes, with exposedsandwich ends, it's obvious to see there's no turkey. When pressed, the woman on the phone just said, "I'll give the GM yourfeedback." I asked to speak with the manager and was told that he's too busy but would call me back. That was 11am yesterday.Still haven't received the call. Not sure how anyone else feels, but I'm skeptical about having everyone's hands scroungingaround a box of sandwiches with open ends exposed. I'm really not interested to share germs these days. Also disappointing formy coworkers who don't eat certain meats that their turkey option was missing. Really disappointing experience for an officethat has ordered lunch multiple times weekly. Thankfully Good2Go delivers :) Read more

I had ordered online some Jimmy John?s Catering around the Fourth of July. They shorted me one box on my order that had cost me... around $60. My girlfriend had picked up the order and didn?t realize they had skipped a box. I called the store and got the runaround from the guy on the phone. I reached out to Jimmy John?s customer support which is a department they should just close.The first person I got in touch with went on maternity leave after emailing me back without any resolution. I contacted a secondcustomer support rep and have been given the run around by him for the last few months. Apparently the end goal is to get thecustomer forget about the issue by taking forever and offering no resolution. Many different people had the chance to make thisright or at least give me my money back. Terrible experience all the way around and I won?t be visiting this or any Jimmy John?slocation. I am with Wisconsin Skydiving Center and we used to call in orders for delivery every Saturday and Sunday (sometimes more) for... at least 10 sandwiches every time. And we always tipped the driver very well. I don?t know WHAT happened, but the service in thelast 2 years is just horrible. The kids working there are rude, self absorbed and just don?t care. Something with the order isalways wrong. Missing items, missing sandwiches. They also stopped delivering to us because we?re 6 miles away and they don?t gothat far. Well, google it. We are 2.7 miles away. Today, we are having a big class here and we sent somebody out to pick upsandwiches only to find missing dressing, missing items on most sandwiches, and an entire sandwich missing. We noticed themissing sandwich while still there. Brought it to their attention, and they took the box back. A few moments later they returnedthe box and said they added the missing sandwich. Only to return back to the airport to find the sandwich still missing. Wecalled to ask if they would deliver the long 2.7 mile 6 minute trip due to the error and not having time to send another personout during this class. They were kind about it at first and said they would. Then they called back saying the manager wouldn?tallow them to deliver to us because it?s too far. We asked to speak with the manager and we received a ?sorry. He?s too busy?.However, when we were there, there was only one car in the parking lot. We have had just nothing but issues. Terrible experienceafter terrible experience. Such a shame. They used to be awesome. Read more
