Our server was great. My husband enjoyed his shrimp. I ordered a Ceasar Salad and a Sirloin Steak (because I am watching... carbohydrates) and wow the Sirloin Steak was the toughest "steak" I've had. I make Sirloin Steak in my oven pretty often so I'mpretty picky with Steak and theirs was pretty bad. I know it's a seafood place but at least not serve items if they areincapable of grilling a good quality cut of meat. Also the Ceasar Salad was drenched in dressing and was soggy. Read more
Been here 4 times. Mostly the food is great but sometimes some subpar choices slip through the cracks. Lobster bisque was not... good, shrimp was amazing, broccoli was over cooked once, biscuits are always great. Just seems hit or miss sometimes butgenerally the entree is quite tasty. Read more
GREAT! Everything was perfect and tasted great. The food came out hot and fresh, and our server didn't allow me to run out of... tea. Like I told my wife, this visit by far, was the best experience we've had here in a long time! Keep up the great work! Read more
Horrible. Our server was rude and distant, always at another table talking to her friend. Waited 20 minutes for a refill. Waited... over 30 minutes for our entrees; when they came out, they were cold as ice. Lettuce was old and brown. Food tasted terriblebecause cold seafood is nasty. Asked for a to-go box so we can take our food home and microwave it, and waited another 10minutes for the boxes. Truly terrible service and bad food. I've never had an experience like this at any restaurant I've everbeen to before. We will never come to this place again. Absolutely deplorable. Read more
Came out for lunch to celebrate a birthday. Our server, Michelle, was excellent. We enjoyed the Parrot Island Shrimp, Sailors... Platter and of course the Cheddar Biscuits. Everything arrived at our table hot and deliciously cooked. Coffee was great too! Read more
When we want Red Lobster, we drive all the way from Champaign to eat at this location because the food is always exactly as it... should be. Steaks are always cooked perfectly and food is on point every time! It is not the most updated location in terms ofdesign and it feels old, but again, the food is GOOD. We usually get steak, lobster, crab legs, muscles, and some shrimp. Myonly complaint is they use bagged lettuce for salad and you can taste it. Read more
We rarely go here, however we will come again and were very pleased with the quality of the dishes. Salmon, Shrimp, biscuits,... rice, etc. Wife had lobster (not in shell), I think with crab. Forget the name but she wants healthy food and great flavor andgave this a real thumbs up. I had a meal in the 20's and took half home. So good the next day. Wife had a meal in the teens,and we brought her baked potato and dressings home for me with my left over. Oh ps: the sauce was so awesome. Should havetaken a picture for you. Read more
I travel for work and I’ve been to this restaurant three times now because after the first bad experience, I decided to follow... it up and give it another shot and the second experience I had was OK so I decided to go back again which was a mistake, and thethird time was even worse than the first time. Many things went wrong even the simple easy stuff like my glass being dirty andnot getting silverware and not being checked on for 25+ minutes even though I got the endless shrimp. On top of this thebartender didn’t know if she had bourbon and then after I told her what bourbon was, she did not know obviously what an oldfashion is. The food itself was fine and I probably would’ve gotten more shrimp Had anybody asked me instead I ran out of timeand just cashed out. So when I went to cash out the bartender explained to me, the kitchen was busy even though I was the onlyone at the bar and as she gave me my tab, she literally stood right in front of me and watched/waited for me to sign it and handit back to her. I will certainly not be coming back here and I would highly recommend you give it a second thought if youplanned on coming here. Read more
