Crew was super nice, drinks were good. I wish starbucks would allow you to tip when you use a card. Kind of absurd to expect... part of their income to be tip based, and don't allow you to put a tip on your card. Come on starbucks! Do better for youremployees!! Read more

The last couple weekends I have come here they have been drive through only even if you order on the app. They say it's because... they're short staffed, but why can't I just walk in and get my order? I shouldn't have to spend time in the drive through for amobile order. If that's the case I wouldn't have mobile ordered because my drink is no longer fresh after sitting for 25 min. Read more

My family and I visit Starbucks as well as other coffee establishments, frequently when traveling. We have stopped at many in... many different cities and states. I can say with absolute certainty that this was the best experience I have had in a Starbucksever. Fast, friendly, and perfectly prepared coffee. The hot mocha latte is my go to morning drink and I?ve had that same drinkin more Starbucks than I can count and to date this was the only one I can call perfection and I?ve had some perfect mochalattes before. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone passing through this area looking to stop for a good coffee. I willdefinitely be stopping here again myself as I come through here at least once a year. What we have here is your typical Starbucks , but on this particular day my brother-in-law and I decided to visit the local... Christmas lights Show throughout the city. So we decided to get some hot Cocoa.. Very impressed with the young lady by the nameof Paula at this particular location tickle a location she done an absolutely stellar job is stellar job making this Hot Cocoa.Very kind and sweet and very professional.. Waited in the drive thru for my mobile order for 10 minutes and never moved. Decided to come inside and it was an absolute... nightmare ended up waiting 40 minutes for my order. Drinks were made incorrectly, ordered a banana nut loaf and ended up with apumpkin loaf. Staff did not communicate with one another. Never got a sorry for your wait or anything. The bathrooms weretrashed and there was trash everywhere behind the counter. Read more
