Ordered from Dominos tonight and almost our whole ordered was sloppy and still cold. Khaliyah remade our food very fast and was... very patient with my family and I. I definitely recommend dominos in Forrest City. Ask for Khaliyah. Read more
One of the worst experiences yet. The app notified me the order was ready, drove to town ( 10 minute drive ) walked in 3... employees there, told them my name for carry out and they looked around found the ticket. They had not even started making myorder. Told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, left and drove over to the store and came right back and sat in the parking lot.Went in after a little wait it was ready no apology for the extra wait, nothing. Got home and the cheese bread was so soggy andsaturated with butter it was trashed unable to even eat it, and the pizza was thrown together with no effort it was a totalwaste. Read more
Ordered medium pizza and 8 wings, with a 20% tip it ended up a few cents under $35. That's ok I've been out of town and wanted... Domino's wow was I in for a surprise!! Ended up with a burnt pizza, now I'm still 45 minutes after I called back still waitingon my pizza. It only took 30 minutes the first time. Domino's!!! What happened to customer service.. Oh and even more it wassupposed to be pan pizza and as you can see it's hand tossed, Oh yeah paid extra for jalapeños surprise there not on the pizza.Look closely does it look like the extravaganza, it's supposed to be. We ordered our 1 pizza at 5:50pm. I called at 7:20pm and they said our 1 pizza should be heading our way soon. At 8:00pm I... called and no one answered after 20 minutes, at this point I want my money back. We now go without dinner . Additionally, themessage of the new Taco and cheese burger looping over every 10 seconds is unprofessional. What a mess. They do not have theirstuff together. No communication and not being honest. The online ordering site said the delivery time was 19 minutes lolyeah...ya might want to update your site. No one called to tell us anything. They just never showed up. Read more
