It?s not a good idea to visit this location if you have high expectations. Everything about this location is low quality. I wish... I could give zero stars. The wings are over cooked and the taste is horrible. Everyone in the kitchen has long hair and not oneof them was wearing a hair net. Just know that all Wing Stops are not created equal. Please drive to another location. Don?twaste your money here. They will never get another dime from me. I visited on 10/14/22 and the order was messed up, burntchicken, no sauce on the mild wings, and old fries. They gave me a store credit after I complained. I gave them a second chanceto fix it and visited on 10/15/22. The same issues the second time. Worst Wing Stop ever! I should have read the reviews beforevisiting. Read more

BUSY BUSY PLACE. PICKED UP MY PAID ORDERS AND STILL HAD TO BE IN A QUITE LONG LINE. THEY HARDLY CAN KEEP UP WITH ONLINE... ORDERS/PICK UP. A LOT OF CUSTOMERS WHO PICKED UP THEIR ORDERS WERE MISSING PART OF ORDERS INCLUDING ME. FOOD WAS DELISH THOUGH?NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZED. Read more

8/13/22 Afternoon. Terrible service. When I arrived 3 employees were outside on their phones. I had ordered online a fairly... simple order which had not been started after an hour after ordering it. This place has gone downhill quickly in the last 6-12months. Only one employee attempting to work on order while a couple others stayed on their phones in the kitchen arguing witheach other about who clocked out. One employee stated the 3 I had seen walked out and refused to come back in for awhile. A lineof 4-5 people had formed with no employee even attempting to talk to any of us for 5 minutes. I along with another cancelled ourorders. This place needs an overhaul. Read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The cooks don?t wear gloves or hair nets. They don?t wash they?re hands after coming back from... break. They don?t pay attention to what they?re doing. Had to bring my order back in TWICE. I highly don?t recommend spendingyour money here it?s not worth it. They definitely need new and improved management. Read more

Wing day was not a good day - for staff or customers. This poor location was not staffed (4 people between 5 and 7:30 pm) well... (perhaps some call ins) and they were so busy. I really felt for them. They were completely overwhelmed. Between ordering andactually waiting for our food - almost 2.5 hours. They sure tried, there was one lady who really took charge and put out cupsfor everybody waiting, the cashier was so overwhelmed and seemed very unsure of how to deal with the crowd. Those two guyscooking, saucing and packing were doing the best they could. I really wish they could control the online and door dash orders -like turn them off or something. The printer was relentless. I will say for almost everybody they were kind and while annoyedkept there cool. I would have gladly cancelled but it seemed like taking a chance of not getting a credit, since only thegeneral manager can do those. Typically there is some wait on other days but I usually plan accordingly - just missed it today. The staff were real troopers. Read more

So, to start, the kitchen is very disorganized. They have no true system to quickly and efficiently get orders out on time.... Front counter needs a major overhaul on training. Phones were ringing off the hook, only one cashier on the floor and wasapparently on break almost the entire time I was in there. You do NOT allow your only cashier on break during dinner hours. Ifyou have to, then make sure you have employees who are cross trained to hop from the kitchen to the front counter as needed. Thecashier was not prioritizing orders properly nor was she trying to get finished orders out. We placed our order at 8:06. We didnot get our order until 8:47. We had people place orders after us and they had arrived 20 minutes after us. They did not callout orders as they were finished. Instead, they allowed the orders to sit in a bag without a heat lamp, letting said orders getcold. I am a former Cook, I know exactly how long bone in and boneless wings should cook. The fact that most people were waitingon fries was, in fact, ridiculous. French Fries only take 4.5 minutes to fully cook in a clean fryer. They only had three cooks,on Memorial Day with one cashier. Whoever made the schedule for this weekend, truly was a moron. The manager on shift was a truegem. The rest of the staff needs to be retrained and do a deep clean of the entire restaurant. Worse location!! I order online when my food arrive it was cold. Wings were burned had a nasty taste. Chicken didn?t look white... it had dark spots. I didn?t feel safe eating them. Fries were all dry, burned, and hard. I called to get a refunda they justplace me on hold. They didn?t advise me they were going to place me on hold. Lady came back to the phone advise I was going toget my money back within the next 5-7 businees days. I asked for a confirmation number rude ?lady? hang up.
