Horrible location. Always just kids working if they are even staffed enough. Today was I turned away because they are to busy.

We?ve started driving to Terrell in stead of going to this location. They constantly turn off order ahead, close the inside and... make everyone go through the already slower than molasses in winter time drive-thru, or tell you they?re out of something youcan clearly see. About 80% of the time my drink is wrong and I don?t try to order anything custom - peppermint white mocha.They?re severely understaffed for the busy weekends with teenagers that, most times, are just trying their best and getting alittle flustered. I stop getting coffee at this location because of the rudeness and lack of customer service. I went for a quick grocery run, I... was with my sister and she said let?s grab coffee ( I was very hesitant and scared lol ). As we approached the counter, thisyoung man helped us and this other lady, I had not seen them before. I can say both were super sweet and got order right. Pleasehire more staff like this. Very rude workers especially the ?supervisors?. When they don?t want to work they just say they?re out. They just stand there... talking. They talk down on minorities. They hate making fraps. There are better ways to talk to customers. If you don?t likedealing with people don?t work at a coffee shop. Read more
Went to get a drink and no one was in line but me and there were 2 girls working. They just kept on talking to each other and... ignored me. I told them ?I?ll just come back when you have time to help a customer? and then they tried to act like they hadtime then. I do not recommend this place if you want to get acknowledged.
