Service was slow. No accountability for mistakes or forgotten orders by the staff. When I walked up to the register the girl... standing there said ?not me, find someone else, I?m about to go on break? and just kept standing there. Very rude service fromthe start. Service is terrible. Drinks are placed randomly on the table causing a crowd of people trying to figure out which one is their... drink. I tried to ask if they have anymore straws but employees walk by me ignoring my question! I?ve seen better service thanthat. And I?ve worked at a few fast food myself. Wish I could give 0 stars! Went there on Friday October 7, 2022. The store was filthy ! Had a dead fly inside the bakery case !... They also had flies in there swarming around the food case . Some employees standing around like they don?t want to be there !That?s obvious since the store looked that way it did ! Forney has really gone done hill! One of the better Starbucks anywhere! Staff very friendly and efficient. I get very simple drinks but they are 99% of the time... quick and accurate. Yes it does get very busy sometimes and you will have to wait a bit; that's normal. Those complaining aboutthe service at this location should visit some other, like say, the one across from town east mall in Mesquite and they'll findout what bad service is! This brick and morter Starbucks in Forney, TX is killing it. Drinks always taste on bomb. The line be long, but starbucjs needs... to adopt how a chick fil a gets through their rush hour drive thru with double lanes and lots of staff. Love the staff at thisStarbucks. They were able to make me a dairy free cold foam- instead of pouring regular milk into the blender they went theextra mile to add oatmilk to the blender as well with sugar free vanilla syrup and it was the best dairy free cold foam ever.Starbucjs listen up- your cold foam and whipped cream can be made dairy free- your partners are already making these custom dairy free drinks. Just swap the regular milk out for dairy free milk. Love the sticker and custom name on my drink. Shout outagain, to the partners here. Love the fall decorations. Read more
I get Starbucks 3-4 times a week sometimes more and this is the closest one to my house but definitely not my favorite. The... people are usually nice but the drinks are not always made correctly. Like today I got a drink not made correctly and tries tocall but they never picked up and then I think they may have turned their phone off because it stopped going through. It?sdisappointing. I redeemed 150 stars for a free drink, but the cashier refused to put it in a trenta cup. Other starbucks redeem stars and put... the drink in trenta cups. A bit disappointing Forney Starbucks. This location also refuses to give Venti waters. Not my favoriteStarbucks. The staff is always cold, especially the older woman. Read more
