Very friendly place like your stopping by an old friends to have a very good sandwich. I thought Schlotzky's started in Chicago... having grown up eating these very yummy sandwiches. Turns it it was Austin Texas, either way excellent service and food. Read more

It?s not that difficult to make a sandwich the way that the customer asks for it to be made after waiting for 15 minutes with... only one other car in the drive thru and no people inside. Every time in recent history that I?ve been to this location I?vesworn it?s the last but continue to give it second chances. There will be no more second chances. I do not plan to eat at thislocation again. Read more

I don't have issues with any other locations and this is my go-to cheat meal for the week. I generally order from Plano/Murphy... area but this location is terrible. Keep in mind it's lunchtime.. I get salad with brown, soggy greens and the minibon was hardeven AFTER I microwaved it like it was left out overnight. Again, I enjoy Schlotzsky's but AVOID THIS LOCATION! Read more

They just lost over 35 customers in less than 15mins, their front doors are locked and their sign is flashing open and the... hours for lobby say dine in is open. And they refused to answer the front door for anyone. In addition to not posting any sortof sign apologizing for the inconvenience on the front door. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Read more

School pizza is better than this. I ordered a pepperoni pizza ended up receiving a pizza with no sauce and, one pepperoni on... every slice. What has happened to this place. Complete disappointment and waste of money. Read more

A week ago I had the same salad in a Schlotzsky's in Fort Worth on Camp Bowie. it was one of the best salads I have had in a... very long time. I was really excited about having this salad again so I pulled in this Schlotzsky's and is a different story.Once I paid for two of these salads the kitchen help came out and said they did not have any field greens we would have tosubstitute it with kale and romaine. That's okay. Once we get the salads they were on little plates half the size of the ones inFort Worth. There is very little apple that's cut very thick had to dig and look for the cheese. Also there was no pecans. Wehad to ask for pecans. We also had to ask for garlic bread. We were told that Schlotzsky's no longer includes garlic bread withthe salads unless the customer asks for the garlic bread. All of this is included in the description and the picture of thesalad. I feel that each and every Schlotzsky's should be consistent with their meals. needless to say I will never go back tothat Schlotzsky's and will be very selective about Schlotzsky's that I go to. I will make damn sure that I will always go to theSchlotzsky's in Fort Worth on Camp Bowie The picture on the bottom is what the salad looks like at the forney location. Itplainly shows that the employees of the forney location takes zero pride in their work . Read more
