Not only is this good delicious, but here's the kicker, if you have a dietary restriction where you don't eat pork, no worries!... It's beef and turkey products! Incredible move by the owner/manager, this is my only go to pizza place now. Great job Palio's! Read more

Buffalo Chicken & Alfredo Pizza both were served hot & fresh, and it was too delicious to wait for it to cool off! I Would... definitely recommend. The cashier and cooks/servers were nice as well. They changed the tv to a football game upon my request. Read more

Great chicken Alfredo pasta, gave it 2 star because a girl called Kennedy ripped me off on two different occasions ,I come in... for lunch special, pasta and she over charges me , $14 bucks instead of $11. When I asked she said it more for pasta, even whenthe lunch special menu say otherwise. I only found out that was not true after being served by a different girl on the sameorder for $11. Read more

This was me and my husband's first experience here. The decor was very nice and modern. The environment and restroom was clean.... I would've given them a 4 star because we quite enjoyed the pizza, however, the service was just ok. When we walked in the doorwe were not greeted right away because the cashier was on the phone which we understood and it gave us some time to look at themenu. When it was our turn she answered the phone again to take an order and then after she started to take ours and anotherperson interrupted her for her to accommodate them to come back and finish with us. We went to get drinks and the drink hewanted was out and he told the staff and they said okay we will change it out but after almost 20 mins he had to ask again tofind out that they were out completely. When we ordered we also ordered a cheesecake and wanted it after our meal and they saidnot a problem so after we ate we asked for the dessert, well after 20 mins of waiting I asked the staff and she said okay I'mgetting it, then another 10 mins after she came and said "well it's actually frozen and I stuck it in the oven to melt it for afew seconds but it's still frozen...do you want to take it to go?" At this point I was frustrated at their lack of communicationand not being attentive. The BBQ pizza we had was actually decent, I liked the buttery taste and crunch of the crust. The BBQsauce flavor was good to us because it was on the sweeter side but wished that the brisket was not cubed. Read more

This is based off of two separate experiences - my wife and I visited Palio's on two separate occasions, once at lunch and... another day at dinner. The first visit, we both had the lunch special - which, offering a kid's pizza (or other options) as wellas a salad and beverage for nine bucks, is quite the deal. The girl at the front counter seemed to NOT want to be there at all -but the rest of the crew seemed happy enough to make up for it. The entire meal was filling - and the pizza itself was verygood. Crust was flavorful, thin but not crackery, and the tomato sauce was incredibly pleasant. My only complaint was a generallack of toppings - but for nine bucks, you can only complain so much. This visit was four stars. Our second visit - my wife hadthe baked macaroni, pictured below, and I had a small version of the same pizza I had prior. The toppings issue was fixed - butthis time the issue I had was a lack of sauce. Some slices were well ratioed while others seemed to barely have any. The bakedmac was tasty - though after a while the saltiness seemed to become overwhelming. This visit was three stars. The tiramisu, which we also had, was serviceable, but a little soggy. Overall - the main issue seems to be consistency. But everything is sodelicious and the core parts of the pizza are so well done that my wife and I look forward to going again and again. The waittimes are pretty reasonable, only about ten to fifteen minutes even during a pretty busy dinner, and the entire restaurant isclean and well-maintained. This place is great to have in Forney and a welcome diversion from burgers and Chinese - andespecially as a lunch option. It's four stars simply due to the small inconsistencies - but it's a great spot and a deliciouspizza and I'm sure it'll get even better in following visits. Read more
