Well, I?d very cautious consuming food from this location. I ordered breakfast and a large iced coffee this morning. As I was... taking a drink from my iced coffee, a long super thin sliver of metal came up the straw into my mouth. I called the store tospeak with a manager to alert them of the situation. Whoever answered the phone didn?t want to put me through to a manager, theywere ?too busy?. Then when I spoke to the manager she seemed to blow off my concerns. I was simply giving them a heads up thatthey might want to throw out the hazelnut iced coffee mix, as it could possibly be contaminated. I was not upset, not asking fora handout. This McDonald's stresses me out. My son started a job nearby a month ago so we go here at least twice a week for breakfast. The... service is always friendly but my order is rarely right. Every time we order, we get sent to park in one of the waiting areas. Inormally get 2 sausage biscuits, 2 hashbrowns and a Dr. Pepper..There have been times they have no sprite, no orange hi-c, noDr. pepper and no grape jelly. They are always out of something. We have gotten stuck in the waiting area because the drive thruline gets so long that it blocks traffic and people trying to get out of the waiting area. The food is normally hot and freshbut your order will probably be wrong and make sure you have extra time cause you just might be late to work. Read more
Ordered from doordash before and had a good experience during lunch. I came to visit at around 7pm and they had me pull up. I... only ordered a happy meal and iced coffee so I wasn?t sure why I had to pull up. Waited 25 min and finally went inside and theyhad my coffee sitting at the window the whole time, and the happy meal was cold. My order wasn?t even on the screen anymore!They?ll erase your order just to get it off and forget about you. Ordered doordash tonight and they gave me milk for the happymeal and completely forgot the actual happy meal... burger, fries, toy, apple slices... So I went to the store and they blockeda lane off and had a line wrapped around. I finally got to the speaker and they had me waiting an additional 7 minutes. I saidcheeseburger happy meal with just cheese and ketchup on the burger and they STILL gave me a cheeseburger with everything on it.Night crew sucks big time. Let me start off by saying I never have a good experience with mcdonald's, regardless of location but this had to be the final... straw. It may be a little hard to see but as I was drinking my iced coffee a chunk came through the straw. It looks to me likechewed up food that someone either spit in my drink or they ate why making my drink and that's how it ended up there. Keep inmind that this was around 10:30am and I hadn't eaten anything all day and didn't eat why drinking this. It's absolutelydisgusting. It's one thing to have bad costumer service but that has to be a health hazard. Read more

Ok then McDonalds!!! This was a pleasant visit after a long day. I ordered via mobile and went inside to pick up the order. I... was greeted upon entry by Fernando (who was pleasant the entire visit). The restaurant was super clean and it just didn?t feel?McDonaldsy? it felt ?homey? and pleasant. First of all, I love McDonald's and big Mac sauce. This particular location had its code machine down so discount codes in the... app weren't working. With some friction we were able to get the discount so that was cool. The food didn't come out as orderedso I was a little disappointed. Also, they didn't put the sauce in the bag so I had to ask for it again. Don't go here if youare using a deal code. They are a little slower than other locations as well. Read more
