This was single handedly the worst dining experience of my lifetime so far. Called ahead to avoid the wait at Applebee's. We... should've just waited the 30 minutes! After spending the day at Argos Farm we were starving. Called pan Asia they said no waitcome over. We walked across the parking lot with a 1 month old, a 4 month old, a 2 year old and a 6 year old. Get there and wait20 minutes to sit. After we're seated it takes another 20 minutes to just order drinks. 7 waters and 1 sprite. Before she evencame to take the drink order we had prepared to order at the same time so we didn't have to wait another 20 minutes for her tocome back. That didn't work because she went to go make waters and while doing that would take orders from the tables coming inafter us. Finally we got the water and she ran off again. Another 10 to 15 passes by and I ask the other server if she couldtake our orders and she threw her hands up and yelled wait for your server as if we had just asked her for something completelyoff the wall. Finally our server finds her way back to our table to take our orders. We ordered sushi and it literally sat onthe counter 20 minutes while we waited for out cooked food. We asked 2 times if that was our sushi before grabbing it ourselves.We saw table after table eat and lave be fore us. The food was mediocre at best and the service ensured we'll never be back. 20%is automatically added to dine in orders and let me tell you I feel robbed. They should've paid us. Read more
I have been coming to Pan Asia for years. The food is always on point no matter what I order. Amazing sushi rolls and hot meals.... The service is great and the atmosphere inside is wonderful too. Read more
Great food very fast waitress was slow no personally very flat .then the check came with 20 percent added for service. Why would... they do that.not worth the 20 percent. I will not be bullied into giving 20 percent for service not deserved. I know they charge2.4 percent for credit cards but I'm not returning to this place .sorry Charlie not going to rob me. Read more
0 stars!!! Ordered 3 rolls on a Monday at 1PM for lunch. Called back within 60 seconds and said I wanted the lunch sushi special... pricing and was told it was too problematic for them to add a ginger salad and miso soup to my order (that comes with thespecial). When I went to pickup the order, she rolled her eyes at me and continued to say how annoying and inconvenient it wasfor them to change the price and add soup & salad. SO RUDE will not be ordering pickup from here ever again Read more
Good food. Reasonable prices. The staff was alright but likely stressed being down a server. We ordered lettuce wrap which... funny enough was served with the lettuce wrapped in plastic wrap and not on a plate. So i needed to work for my meal a bit.Otherwise it was a great dinner. Read more
Food remains excellent but ambiance needs some work! It?s best to take out than to dine in! Our go to for pick up only!
Our food and service was good, BUT it wasn't until we got home that we realized a 20% tip was automatically added onto the bill.... I foolishly added a tip on also. Won't be back, I feel cheated. Read more
