I was here on 9/10/22 at 645pm. The cashier on front needs to be a car salesman. He should have left an hour ago. He could... prolly use a raise. The communication, energy and customer service savvy was it for me. The whole team was efficient espimpressive in a high volume truck stop. And the food was as it should be. Had a taste for specifically Popeye's, and this was the closest location. After walking through the door, I turned around and... walked out. I understand being located in a gas station, but that was not the reason I walked out. There was no way I would makemy purchase after smelling as if I had just walked into a portal potty that was sat out for a large event. Read more
My advice? Don?t eat here! While standing at the counter waiting to order I observed the young men behind the counter coughing... toward the food and rubbing their noses with bare hands as they scooped food orders together. The kitchen was in completedisarray and nobody even offered to take my order. Thank goodness for small miracles. No manager in sight and the staff seemedlost. So rather than tempt fate I elected to leave and get some food at a restaurant that actually knew what they were doing. Read more
ordered Popeyes yesterday(Friday August 5th) and it was messed up!! the chicken was not up to par. dry , and all 4 sides were... only half full . they closed after my husband ordered cause they needed a break. the beans and rice was dry and mostly rice .we have been coming to this Popeyes in Foristell, MO since they opened , but this was very disappointing . I have worked in therestaurant industry for over 35 years so this is hard to believe for me . spent over $50 and of course they didn't even give usa receipt. I would like to speak with the owner of this franchise, but I couldn.t get through on their feedback,...they werehaving technical issues,..to whoever owns it, you might check on your business. This Popeyes was in a gas station. The prices were considerably higher than normal. When asked about the difference between 2... order numbers, the employee had no idea. I ended up getting bone-in chicken instead of the tenders I wanted. It's possible Icould've misunderstood, but it also could've been labeled more clearly. The side I received had obviously been sitting forquite a while. Between the prices and the quality, I would not eat here again. Read more
