They ripped me off. Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches and a large crinkle cut fry Got to my hotel, 10 miles away, no fries.

Worst Arby's you can go to, just close it down. The people they have working don't want to be there anyway and act like anything... you ask for is a inconvenience. Also aways out of turkey, wraps, and the classic ice cream is down. If you feel like getting thewrong order and waiting 30 minutes it might be for you. Read more
Went to Arby's about 6:15 p.m ; No one in the lobby and only one other auto parked to the side waiting on their order. Drive... thru attendant seem to be disgruntled with an attitude and I asked that I pull to side as well. Couldn't understand cause no onewas there. But do remember going before and attendant asked me to pull up to get off of wait time clock. Ordered a chickencheeses ranch sandwich, which turned out to be chicken fingers on a bun. This food place has an unique taste with good quality and quantity.
The lady who took our order, and helped prepare our meals, was amazing. She, and the other lady there, did everything they could... to do their jobs well. Most of the sodas were empty, as well as the Arby?s sauce, but they just didn?t have any. It isn?t theirresponsibility to provide the tools necessary to do the job. Several people called in, and, I guarantee you, the ones making thebig bucks are the ones dropping the ball and leaving them understocked, and understaffed.
