I was genuinely pleased and I?m not a big fan of this type of fast food but the sides were great which were the coleslaw and... macaroni and cheese and again I was shocked that I like it that much. Whoever ran the kitchen and cooked 02/15/2022 around 7 pmdid GREAT!! Very long line. Order taker was rude two of my wing's we're under cooked. 3/27/22 Gave them another try even worse than the... last time my famous bowl was cold . And I live 3 minutes away from the restaurant. And I paid for two wings and party wings andthe party wings were way bigger and better. Will not visit again unless I'm desperate ???? Read more
Had been given replaced order for burnt and not coated chicken, explained to mgr was given free order, he then tells me after... order ready this one has no problem, I get home he did not seal the gravy spilled all over, chicken looked so bad not coated sogreasy the bottom of bucked covered in oil, seemed upset he had to replace my order, called main kfc, took my complaint, samemgr callls me at home saying he got my complaint, advised if he calls my house again i wil lhave him arrested, I am a retiredpolice officer. pic attached Read more

a liitle snafu the sign read a deal that the employees werent aware of and refused to honor proceeded to charge me full price... the issue was thankfully resolved but took a little too much effort I am thankful that the GM was there because the guy underhim was of no help still charged me $3.99 for my extra side on my $20 fill up it would not have been an issue if my intelligencewasnt insulted my kids enjoyed the food it was for them Read more
