Ordered breakfast for family on a Sunday. That was my first mistake. Lol When we got there we waited for quite some time before... our food was brought to us. Then the iced caramel drinks we got were disgusting I almost spit it out. I figured theyaccidentally gave us the wrong coffee so I went inside and politely asked for them to be remade since I thought we had gottenthe wrong drinks. They literally had to have poured some of the coffee out and threw some whipped cream on top, so they wereeven more disgusting on the second ?try.? So fed up with it I decided to go to Starbucks instead since the drinks always tastethe same there. Now I?ve purchased 4 coffees but was only able to drink two of them between myself and my husband. Finally gethome after having to replace the nasty coffees to find that they didn?t give me a biscuit and gravy meal, they instead just gaveme a random box of biscuits with no gravy. I emailed the customer relations email that they?re going to auto-reply to this withthe same information and requested a refund of at least the drinks and the biscuit and gravy meal with no response. The food was good and the atmosphere was great. I have to do a shout-out to our server, Victoria, though. She was so... fun/nice/personable. She just made the experience so much better. We had a horribly slow waitress. We were seated and all the table around were seated as well. No one had drinks or food. We... waited about fifteen minutes for our drink orders to be taken. The waitress was so rude and rushed. Other waitresses werepicking up her tables because of complaints. We did get our food quickly but she literally dropped our plates on the table andran. We had to ask several times for refills and condiments. It wasn't even like she was rushing from table to table, she woulddisappear to the kitchen. The food was hot and good. Read more

Cracker Barrel, always been one of my favorite places to eat, I love the home cooked style of their food, the fried chicken,... smothered chicken, the liver and onions, my favorite the chicken & dumplings that melt in your mouth. Reason I gave only fourstars dumpling are not consistent some are too thick so I can't eat them all, I love mine thin. My husband comes to this location all the time and on occasion I come along. Today, I really wanted to try the chicken tenders... but wanted to make it into a breakfast meal. Guess what NOT AN OPTION. No substitutions since covid. Okay let's wake up is thatstill a thing? No way I was going to pay for two meals at Cracker Barrel just to get some chicken, what happened to an upcharge? Then to add insult to injury the manager ( who our server asked to stop over to the table) took 4 minutes to get to usbecause he decided to stop and talk to a "friend" ( I could have understood the random manage by walking around greeting tablesas you make your way to me # no urgency).
