I ordered the overly advertised Nacho Grande box and the nachos were all broken into pieces as if they scrapped the bottom of... the bag to prepare my dish. It was hard to enjoy the tops with half and quarter inch nacho chips. I returned today for lunch. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. The young lady got my order wrong, she was on her cellphone while I was waiting at the window. I'll patronize the location in Forest Park on Harlem from now on. Read more

I ordered for my whole family... multiple things and ordered for 1 beefy 5 layer burrito and I asked for no BEANS which i double checked on the screen "no beans"but guess what? I received a 2nd beefy 5 layer burrito in my bag (that i did not order) of literally only beans with no onebehind me.. Just tells me something about the workers. Unreal how it was nothing else, just BEANS. The world us law enforcementlive in now is just horrific. I was respectful and gave amazing attitude. Just shows how people can be. They LITERALLY don't know how to make a burrito. Expect all your toppings on one end and the rest on another. It's comical how... badly made it is. You hear about how bad people can make them but can't think it's possible... But yet here we are. I alsoordered a side of beans for my mom and they pushed in the bottom of the plastic dish and gave me an almost completely emptydish. Like nobody has high expectations of the bell but seriously?!?! This is one of the best Taco Bell?s ever. And that?s saying something, because Taco Bell is ALWAYS wonderful. The tacos and... burritos were bigger than usual, and the prices here are even better than Taco Bell prices in Wisconsin. That?s impressive.Plus, they were nice. Thanks TB!!!! Read more
Their was no meat in the beefy burritos just nacho cheese and rice, the tostadas were full of spicy sauce and tomatoes looked... like they through the food together.. smh. Couldn't find any chicken in the chicken burrito just layer upon layers of flouredtaco shell. I am very disappointed in my experience will not eat their again spent $30 on food for the family to have mychildren complaining about food being bad threw everything out and had to go but pizza.
