Great great BBQ. Had the hot links. Amazing! Definitely try this place if you get a chance. They don't skimp in food.
I really wanted to like it because it smells good in the air. Ive tried them once before and it was oven baked rib tips. Now... 2yrs later, I gave them a try again but its still Oven Baked Ribs & Chicken! They think people cant tell the difference. Themeat is not smokey flavored, too soft & mushy instead of tender. I asked for my 1/2 chicken to be charred but it wasnt crispskin at all just a thick coating of seasoning rub then covered with sauce. They serve the wrong type of fries with the bbq, thetype you have at hotdog stands. They also are too expensive for not actually grilling the meat. These were the same pricesbefore covid and it is not worth it. I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. Spent $20 on a 1/2 chicken & 3 ribbones, NONE of it actually put on the grill or in a smoker as the photos on the wall show. Read more
First meal here, desperately looking for meaty ribs, I got them. Only one data point but this place probably deserves to be... rated higher. People with complaints about service/price have probably not yet adapted to The Times. I'm happy. Read more
I haven't been here since before covid. I am sure glad they made it through. I had the brisket sandwich, which is really... excellent. I've done the ribs previously and they are an excellent choice but I wanted to leavecroom for pecan pie. I want tomention the French fries. They aren't just filler on your plate, they are a crispy treat, I think they're the best you'll get inthe area. Read more
