Love the beefs ,fries ,onion rings ,and pizza, and looking forward to trying more delicious items. They also have a loyalty... program where you can gain points for your order to get free food. Everytime I go here I am severely disappointed. The beef has no flavor like no garlic or something. The service is terrible,... yesterday I waited in the drive through for a half hour, I ordered a gyro and cup of soup. I will no longer support thisshameful embarrassment of an establishment. I went 2 days in a row to try several items. I tried The Italian Beef and fries. Yes The Italian Beef lived up to it's... reputation ,it was flavorful and tender the bread was fresh and the Agus was'nt salty instead it was seasoned well!!! Theportion size for the sandwich and fries were perfect. The french fries were hot and fresh. The second day , I tried the GreekSalad with grilled chicken, nice size flavorful and fresh. I also tried the Fish sandwich, it was great!!! Overall I had a greatexperience with the staff and the food. In addition The Restaurant was very clean!!!! My New Favorite Restaurant. The pizza was excellent and the customer service is always good too! But I find it disappointing that a place that sales pizza... never has red pepper when you ask for it. If you can't afford it, give people the option to pay for it. Red pepper cuts some ofthe fat when eating pizza besides the flavor it adds. Other than that I would give it 5 stars. I have 2 Beef places I lovealready. One of these days I may try their Beef. Beefs cost too much money these days to try and not like. :( Read more

Their food is good, and we?d been ordering from them almost every week for the last year. But this week we put in a delivery... order through their website, and it arrived very late, and stone cold. These things happen, especially with current supplychain and labor shortage issues. But when we called, we were told that it was an ironclad policy not to give refunds. It wasclear the person I was talking to didn?t have the authority to make an exception. But she also said couldn?t give me the name orcontact information for someone who did. So I put in a message through their website. And got no response. Mistakes happen. Sodo delays. Nothing is perfect. But customer loyalty depends on how a business responds when it happens. So I was disappointedto learn that the response to cold food delivered late was, in effect, caveat emptor. Which to me says they?re just as happy ifwe explore other dining options for a while.
