THIS STAFF HAS GONE DOWNHILL AND THE CARMEL GIRL WITH THE BRAIDS THAT TAKES MONEY IN DRIVE THRU WAS VERY CONDESCENDING AND NOT... FRIENDLY. I asked about their lettuce shortage and she indicated they had lettuce and i still didn?t get it ON MY BLT lol Seemson purpose. Also waited close to 25 minutes in the line. Every single time I come here the staff is insanely kind and welcoming! I have never had even a slightly bad experience at this... location. The food is always so fresh tasting and the line has never taken a long time for me. The person taking my order neverrushes me, they are always so patient and the staff talks with you about any new menu items. I wish I could give the staff amillion stars each. Not recognized when walked into dining room. After order placed on kiosk, took another 18mins get order. Food was lukewarm.... Fries cold, sandwiches made wrong. Chilli was also lukewarm. All employees was talking and moving slow. Manager with earbud inear talking on the phone in front of everyone. No type of urgency. Drive cars stayed wrapped around the building.
