I've been sitting outside for 20 minutes waiting on my pizza and in that time they have locked the door cause they can't run the... drive thru and front at the same time I guess. Let me start by saying the pizza crust was sooo under cooked it just flopped down around my hand. We ordered online and we were... told it would be a 45 minute wait. We're in the area already so we just stopped by and waited. They were very busy and mydaughter was checking the app it kept saying that it wasn't in the oven. After watching the crowd leave and our 45 minutes wereabout up and it still showed it wasn't in the oven YET! My daughter went inside her name on the board and it showed it was inone of the slots. So she checked and it was empty. They had given our pizza to someone else. Also while she was waiting theydropped someone's crazy bread package on the floor. She said they looked over at her to see if she noticed when she did notlook up from her phone they picked it up and put it back with the pizza and handed it out thru the drive-thru to an unsuspectingcustomer. Corporate definitely needs to get involved when it comes to this store. They will hand you a regular pepperoni pizza when you?re... paying for pepperoni extra most cheese pizza. I waited 30 mins for my food and the clerk didn?t keep me updated or anything. People came in after me and received their order... before, the clerk didn?t ask for my order i had to tell her what I ordered. Very poor service, very long wait time, poorcommunication and also dirty. This is not a place to do business with, the staff is poor with running the business. I will notreturn here ever. Read more
