I made an order on DoorDash for some funnel cake fries. I never got them. I contact DoorDash and they tell me they can?t do... nothing so I have to contact the store. I contacted 2 numbers I found for the store and none of them work. Ridiculous. Icontacted the store number that is on DoorDash and they ignored and dismissed my call. Never again. I went to this restaurant for lunch about a month ago. I received the most horrible services. I WILL NEVER come back there. I... had a coupon and I informed the drive-thru person. From the jump, she had an attitude and had the nerves to tell me that Iwasn't getting anything until she saw a coupon. I was really taken aback and appalled at the same time. It was a real skinnyolder lady name Jacqueline. I asked her was she having a good day, and this lady closed the window in my face, and called meeverything but a child of GOD. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager was there. The manager did not even come to thewindow to see what the issue was, and her employee is cursing me out from left to right. This is my little rant, but customerservice should always be first. I was even on the phone with my colleague as she heard everything. I had to come and do a reviewon this restaurant. This is the only Checkers location I go to and the food is great, but it is expensive and they are often out of stuff such as... the sundaes which is a shame. We also ordered the 8pc fry tenders combo today and it literally turned out to be like 18dollars???? That is ridiculous, Checkers in general needs to change this pricing. Not to compare, but at Popeyes you can getbigger chicken pieces or combos for way cheaper. The food was good, but the price for that specific combo was just crazy. Idon't know if it was the drink that made it expensive or whatever, but the chicken pieces were too small to be worth 18 dollars,should've been like $10 or less. For $18, they either need to add more pieces, make them way bigger or something. Don't know ifwe were overcharged maybe or they missed something but will not be going back for this, we got this going home and didn't wantto go back to complain. I'd only recommend getting the fries or anything with fries as they're good. Their boneless chicken arealso bland whenever I used to get some. Go somewhere else for chicken, such as Popeyes or even Chick-fil-A which isclose-by. Don't even deserve one star truly order the 3 patty baconator and the regular baconator and my boyfriend ate his but mine is... still sitting in the fridge waiting for someone to call us back there wasn't even bacon strips on the burger there were a coupleof crumbles and it didn't even look like it had the right patties on it but call corporate number 2 times and spoke with someoneabout this issue waiting for a manager to get back with us cause I want my burger made right I knew it was weird we didn't get a Receipt and after we were able to get home and start eating we understood why we weren't given one so we couldn't complain andthe food but guess what there still internet to get corporate number but still hasn't been very helpful very disappointing inthefood and customer service and how they are to their customers. I should've looked at my sandwich before I left. I ordered a smokey BBQ bacon buford, thinking that it took a minute I guess... they had to make it. Not even close to what I ordered, it was a double burger with onions 1 tomato pickles no bacon no BBQ andit tasted funny. The two ladies were impolite enough to totally ignore me in the drive through. Had to park the car and order the guy in walk in... area. Food is expensive. We ordered fried potato and slush. Potato is salty and stale. Slush tastes very bad. Read more
We had 3 seperate orders of double checker cheese burger at the walk up window, Me and my grand son, so the manager said we... could only use 1 coupon for all 3 separate orders ,so finally she let each use 1 coupon each, we returned with the 6 doublecheese burger for a parking lot lunch with my brother and g-son and all the burgers were singles and weren't fresh Checkers inForest Park, you got me, that's the time for me.
