This location needs to be SHUT DOWN. they gave me a burger that had been put in a microwave after waiting 10 minutes in the... drive thru. The cheese was so hard it was stuck to the paper, the outside was cold and the inside was steaming hot. I thoughtthe lady forgot about me after she took my money which led me to believe my food was being cooked fresh (oh and she didn't giveme a receipt). I went back and the lady said corporate didn't allow them to give a refund but they would replace my meal. Icontacted corporate and they said someone would be in contact with me in 5-10 days and I haven't heard from anyone. I barelyever go to burger king but when I go to this location there's ALWAYS an issue. I could care less about the money, the serviceand quality is unacceptable. Read more
Ordered 2 meals still waiting after about 15 minutes. Noone in the restaurant. As I'm sitting waiting someone brought their... food back. Dead bug in dining room. Womens restroom is super hot, paper towel dispenser does not work. No cup tops. Severalworkers but they have only served drive through. Just got my food, fries look a day old. Read more
Everytime they disappoint. I order 6 items they only give me 3. They just don't understand how to do their job. I order a bacon... egg and cheese and I get a biscuit with bacon and thats it. It's terrible. Read more
The store should be closed down !!!! No shake , no drinks and no ketchup. Park me for 30 minutes and still left my fries out of... my order. I read the reviews while waiting on my food. It's a hit and miss with service...my experience was good with the exception of the... ????. I wanted to try the impossible ???? it was fresh no issue. I can see the effort of the manager on duty. The location haspotential has anyone reached out to the district manager to provide direct feedback other than posting a review? I will visitthem again. First time eating at this one. Service was great. I watched staff serve erderly man at his table and help walk him to the car.... Good staff, clean restaurant, good job. Read more
