We have been loyal customers at this location for years. However, after today we will not be giving them our business. We called... to order 3 pepperoni pizza melts, a very simple order. When we recieved the order, they were all meat lovers instead. I wasfrustrated, because we don't eat certain types of meat, but understanding that mistakes happen. The girl on the phone said shewill send us new ones and hung up on me. An hour later I call back checking on our order & they referred me to a higher updelivery driver who told us that the person who took our phone order told the kitchen to 'disregard' our order and not replaceit. So now it's been 2 hours and we find out we aren't getting any food, so we had to order elsewhere. The driver on the phonesaid he cannot issue a refund and to call the next day. The next day I call to speak to the manager Laura. She was polite atfirst, but switched like a light switch when I was explaining the mistakes to her. She had no consideration or apologies on theissue. She said she would give me credit, but no refund of my money. I don't find that fair, beings that we never even touchedour food and had to buy a second dinner on top of that. She said she has no proof that we didn't eat all the food and stillasked for a refund. We have been polite customers for years and would never do something like that. I feel like her morals arereally messed up on doing what is right and correct. They never replaced our mistaken order and/or they never refunded us.Thankfully corporate is working with us to get this figured out, but the whole situation just sits very wrong with me. Forest Lake Pizza Hut was horrible. Ordered 2 pizzas for my clients. One was ok and the other pizza did not have the correct... toppings and was not cut as ordered. Was it even my pizza? Called the phone number and it "does not accept calls from this area"What? I am a mile away. Horrible! The driver was pleasant. She had nothing to do with the ordered wrong. She said others havecomplained about the number, I even tipped her $10.00. I would never recommend this location if they cannot read the ordered.Missing the paid for ingredients... never!! Read more

Restaurant Review: Dine-in Pizza Hut ???????? Maybe it's my nostalgia coming through on this one, but the visit to a dine-in... #PizzaHut was a let down. Keep in mind, I know it's Pizza Hut, I knew we were not going to be blown away by out-of-this-worldfood. But what I was hoping for (and this was my mistake) was to walk through the door, be greeted by thatknown-Pizza-Hut-Smell, see those Tiffany-inspired hanging lights, drink from those recognizable red plastic cups and warn mydaughter that her personal-pan-pizza skillet was going to be hot ???? That was not the experience. Ambiance wise, it wasconfusing. There was an attempt at what I can only guess was a local-rural-industrial theme. None of the artwork on the wallmade sense for the restaurant or the community. Not only was the theme confusing but so was the brand itself. And then theservice ????????? If a restaurant is fully staffed these days, let's be real, it's a miracle. And I ALWAYS take into account thepost-covid effect when taking in service. But this was not great. There were plenty of staff...standing around. Also to note,there were very few orders going out the door or pick-ups. It was an incredibly slow night. We got sat and noticed all theun-bussed tables that sat dirty for at least 45 minutes after we were sat. And for a long time we were the only table in therestaurant. Later on, one other family came in (so 2 tables total) with at least 6 staff standing at the counter talking witheach other. The few tables that did get bussed were because of the new family and mine that came in. Some of the other tablesnever got cleaned while we were there. Our server took about 12 minutes to come take our initial drink order (we watched herchat with the other staff before making her way over). It took her longer to come back to take our order. Ordered a personal size pizza with no meat along with a large pepperoni and sausage. Personal size came with pepperoni and... sausage. Pizza Hut policy will not correct and replace unless I pay twice and wait for a credit. Not acceptable. This needs tobe addressed. Read more
Very bad experience. No one to let us know any information on how THIS pizza hut worked. Dipping sauce ice cold, was asked to... move so they could finish clean up, all food brought out at once and was Luke warm except sauce which was cold. Self serve popmachine with no ice. Walk up and order your pizza then sit. Loud banging from the pizza cutter piling up dirty pans. Read more
