I needed to pull off the highway quickly because my mom wasn't feeling well. The employee who was working was very helpful, and... offered to help if needed. Offered me any cleaning supplies I might need even to clean my car. I didn't get her name, butHoliday has an exceptional employee that went above and beyond. Occurred on Sunday, July 17th at 2:40pm. I was hoping having 2 kids working there things would go smooth. My son had a nervous breakdown, he's doing so much better since... he left there. My other child had been threatened that if he didn't come in an HR early so the boss could get dental work done,don't come in at all!! Mind you my kids were covering a lot of shifts they didn't sign up for. Like 4 days covering For the bossTony so he could enjoy the State Fair with his family.......4 different days..... honestly it's a good store but the morals ofthe boss makes me say THANK HEAVEN I don't work there!!!!! The worst Holiday I've ever been to. Massive attitude from the morning shift and one employee who never wears his mask. Plus... they run out of things constantly and never restock them. Poor experience overall. Read more
We love stopping at this location! This is a nice & clean location tucked away during the construction on 35 & Lake Drive. Staff... are always friendly and greet with a smile. Bathrooms are always clean and above expectations. Store is always clean and wellstocked. Their iced coffee is amazing and is a Must-try! 5 stars! Read more
Never fresh coffee when I went there during the day 1pm-3pm. Cashier (woman) who works the overnight shift never greets or... smiles at you when you get to the counter and for some reason the coffee is severely watered down between 430am-6am. It's waterwith a drop of coffee flavor. Hope things have changed in the last year. Please brew pots of coffee correctly and add the properamount of grounds for the brew! Not that difficult!!
