Hungry EMT here, pulled up to your restaurant at 7:00pm on a Friday. All lobby doors were locked; staff looked right at my... partner and I and then pretended they didn't see us. Normally, I am a huge fan of Chicken Express, but the service was slow, food was cool/barely warm, and had been sitting for a... while. I was there around 9:15pm and there was a line of cars waiting. Typically there is a line because food is being cookedfresh and hot. Out of strips, so went with bone in chicken, okra, and corn nuggets. Nothing was hot or fresh. This place continues to disappoint. I've been here 4 times now and each time it's about 830pm to 9pm. Each time they are "out of... chicken". 1st of all how is a Fried chicken restaurant out of chicken (9/17). So if I come tommorow morning will I be able toget chicken? I wouldn't think so because deliveries don't run on Sundays. But somehow I have a feeling there will be chickenthere at the opening hour. Ridiculous. Read more

Soooo, Chicken Express has gone up on their prices, but I still choose to patronize there. My last experience was not a good... one. I ordered the 7 chicken tender meal with a pepper. When I got to the register my order was over 16.00 dollars. I asked thecashier could I have a bag? She told me that I could only get a bag for larger orders!!! I was livid!! I just ordered 16 dollarsworth of food and I can't get a bag to help carry in the house?!? My question is what am I paying the exorbitant amount of moneyand can't get a bag?!?!. I just need to know why the prices were raised for if not to cover something like a simple bag for thefood I just purchased. Anyway, that was my experience.... Read more

The lady I spoke with was so sweet. My mom really only likes to eat chicken legs. I asked for the 8 piece mixed meal and asked... if they could exchange some of the other pieces with legs. She made my order half legs. That's awesome. Thanks guys! Read more

This location is terrible now. I had to initiate the greeting at the speaker to get someone to take my order after being there... for about 10 minutes. They then let me order rolls with my meal when all they have are biscuits. When I let them know that Iordered rolls they tell me that it?ll be another 15 minutes. This is after I?ve already been in the drive-thru for 30 minutes.At first I thought they were short staffed, but saw they had 5 employees who were mostly standing around when I got to thewindow. The worst part of this experience was getting home and finding out they gave me gravy water. Yes, gravy as runny aswater. It looked like milk. I?m all, I blame this on the owners of this location. People have been complaining for months and itseems to remain the same. I?d wish I would have read the reviews before going there because I would have saved me both time andmoney. Read more

Hey y'all, had to change them to a one star. My food was not fresh, even though I asked for fresh. Yhey took it back and just... took everything out the box and refried it. I git the kids meal and my dang gravy was cold. Try them at your own risk....Its aThumbs down ???? Read more
