Terrible staff. Typical black women with bad attitudes. Good luck making a mobile order the staff never follows the instructions... (i.e. light ice/no ice, 4 pumps, extra shot, etc..) Its better to go over to the National harbor location or take the extra 10minute drive into Alexandria. I won?t be back here ever! Read more
Terrible experience in this location!!! Please managers train your crew better!! This guys have a disaster for whose drinks and... I wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes For my drinks I order 3 drinks for each drink I had to wait more than 30 minutes and the drinkswas no flavor, I understand that it was a weekend but this store is always the same disaster, new people who have nocoordination in the order to follow. I placed a mobile order for a Frappuccino at 10:14 AM. I didn't get my drink until 10:38 AM. The app said it would be ready... 10:27. I have never in my entire life waited that long for a drink. People that came in after me received their drinks after Iplaced my order. It was absolutely ridiculous. I am not sure what plan they follow, but they need to learn from Chick-fil-A. This is one of the most convenient Starbucks locations in this area. The staff here are very polite. I ordered an Ice... coffee and, I was on my way out. I would recommend people who love coffee to visit this location in the Oxon Hill/ FortWashington/ National Harbor area.???? Read more
8 people waiting and I still waited 45mins for an iced chai. I watched my cup sit there for a few minutes with the chai... concentrate inside. They didn't go back to it until I asked if they had an iced chai coming. You guys really need to do better. Forgot to add that it was 1:22pm on a Tuesday...so not sure what the hold up was. Read more
