Just picked up a pizza and a couple of Cannolis from the sweetest duo at FG Amore this evening!\nThis is a must visit spot,... seriously I cannot stress enough how everyone needs to try their food.\nThe Cannolis were too good to wait to eat and wereimmediately devoured. The pizza was not only cooked in a literal wood fired oven but looked like a work of art and the tastemakes you want to dance.\nFG Amore is our new go-to food spot from here on out ?? Read more

Listen, there are good food carts out there, and then there are full on fine dining quality chefs freeing themselves from the... burden of brick and mortar to make their art available to the common folk. FG Amore is one of those amazing finds, where everydish is a surprise surpassing the last. We started with the beet salad, which in most restaurants would be a basic affair, butnot so here, from fresh made Parmigiano crisps, fresh mozzarella balls, romaine and arugula, and beets soft savory and onlylightly earthy, finished with a fresh herb dressing and grapefruit. This salad was a delight, and the serving large enough tofeed two for dinner. Then the Bucatonis, the fungi and the pesto. The fungi used excellent oyster mushrooms to make a delightfulearth sauce, while the pesto is a flavorful cream sauce featuring delicious cherry tomatoes, my partner described the pesto as\"like a walk through a garden\" in the best way. Lastly, and a true highlight of the meal, is the absolutely miraculous pillowyyet crisp Focaccia garlic bread, which we both agreed was in the top 3 breads we had ever experienced. Like a buttery cloud, simply a delight in your mouth. We will be returning soon, and can\'t wait to try the desserts, which of the food is anyindication, must be sensational. We suspect there is one or more very proud Italian mother in the background, cheering on thesemasters at work. Read more

FG Amore is such a breath of fresh air. Truly remarkable food made with obvious care and passion for the craft. If you’re ever... in the area and you DON’T make an attempt to try their food you are missing out. The salads are beyond measure and thearancini are a religious experience! WOW . . OH WOW: we had sandwiches and \"cupcakes\", OH MY . . every bite, every component of every bite, every nuance of the... sauce, the meat, the veggies, the Ciabatta holding it together . .were all individually fresh, distinctive, piquant, cooked justenough to bring out all the flavors, not mushed, not raw . . OH MY . . and the desserts: subtle pastries, nuances, firm, notgaggingly sugared, smelled as good as they tasted, and artfully presented . . this AIN\"T MALL FOOD FOLKS, this guy is the realdeal; his food is distinctive, perfectly mated up, abound with flavor combinations that are just wonderful . . AND the folkswhipping it up and serving were proud of what they did, not the least pretentious, and happy to talk about what they were aboutto serve you . .\n\nALL at a price LOWER than most cart food.\n\nA real standout from much of the run of the mill cart food, often created and served by bored employees, slopped onto a depressing pile in the middle of a styrofoam/plastic bowl . .
