First and foremost my money is as good as the next patron but I am 76 years old and I am not a super fan of the drive through... anywhere and I sure as heck am not a fan of walking into your DINING ROOM OPEN only to find no employee at the register to takemy order,answer any questions I might have about the product and specials being offered but a sign instructed me to place myorder with phone app (I do not have a cell phone) or step over to a giant computer and order something I HAVE TO PAY US DOLLARSfor just to assist you in making payments.What a crock, after all these years of semi supporting your efforts on a fairlyregular basis to now work for you and pay you for allowing me to exempt you from hiring a cashier.Old buddy,I wish you successbut my retirement funds will be spent elsewhere. All the priority was on the drive thru...myself and a couple of other customers had to ask the manager if we needed to go to the... drive thru to get serviced. Actually etched one guy leave and came back in with his breakfast by doing exactly that...left thedining room went to the drive thru and got serviced before we did and was sitting down while we still waited in line. Managertold us the drive thru was "backed up" while a 65+ year old woman worked by herself trying to take orders and pack those ordersat the dining room register. When she heard us complain to the manager she told us she never gets any help. Poor lady was doingher best and the manager could have cared less about her or us. Read more
