Horrible!!! No phone to reach anyone! I think employees need to retrain on how to read orders! Got hamburgers and chicken... sandwich for kids. Normally, check food but husband everytime he's been our orders are never right. Hamburgers not made the waywe order, 2 small beef I guess supposed to be patties but should of been on nice size beef Patty..... Like if it was the lastbit of meat that was in the package and tried to make a hamburger with it... and always items missing.... Was great when y'all1st open now not sure what's going on... Need to lower pay if employees can't do their job correctly... Same with the one inShelby... Employees cussing, when you have kids in car and can hear everyone talking and again never get orders right.... Aseverything else... Read more

Their onion rings are really great! Breading is amazing. They pair PERFECTLY with the cook out special sauce. Ordered a double... burger tray and added diced onions they put the circle ones and they added way too many to the burger. It was at least 10 onionson my burger & my sides were incorrect but other than that it wasn't bad. Read more

Tried... this particular location 4 times and never gotten an order correct yet. Plus, I'm ordering right off the menu, no specials.
