We stopped by the Backyard today for lunch around 2 pm and the smell coming from JD?s Mobile Cafe truck had me interested before... even reading the menu! I had to go with the Catfish Po boy, and I?m VERY glad I did!! There were so many options it wasn?t easydeciding! The first bite I knew I made the right choice. It was fantastic!!!! The grilled bun was perfection, the crispycatfish, fresh tomato and lettuce and sauce were delicious!! The fries were seasoned and soooooo good!\n\nThis will be my ?goto? truck when at the Backyard?.. the couple running the truck were very accommodating and appreciative for the business. Nexttime I?m going for the Impossible Burger (plant based burger!!) loaded! I LOVE the non-meat options for me!! Had virgian fried chicken breast honey ham sandwich presentation was perfect but it is one of the worst sandwich ???? i had... since i remeber, ???? no seasoning at all, awful breading, simply don\'t understand what would someone wanna just eat chunk ofchicken breast with no taste at all even honey ham ????\nService great ???? but for the $12 you gotta be better than this. Our group of friends (six people) pulled up and didn\'t realize they were about to close, but JD was extremely kind and... accommodating and allowed us to order anyway! Most of us got the Virginian and absolutely loved it. Two of us said that thecheesesteak is excellent. The fries are addicting, too. They also have an impossible (completely vegan) burger, great optionsfor kids. We\'ll definitely make it a regular spot! Read more
