We were seated quickly. My wife is German, and was excited about a good brat, but apparently the restaurant doesn't serve them... any more. After receiving our burgers, the server asked if there was anything else we needed. We indicated that we would likeutensils and she said she would get them. Ten minutes later, we went looking for utensils on our own and I was able to find someand begin eating what was a really great burger. I'm not sure if it's the new norm, or what, but many restaurants don't offerutensils any more, even when you order something that you need them for. I guess we are supposed to eat our food likeanimals. The service was mediocre at best. If you're planning to order for carry-out, you should know this: they expect agratuity for carryout orders. Depending on the size of your order, they will automatically add 18% to it as a gratuity.Considering that delivery services, such as GrubHub, have entitled cry-baby drivers that post online that they won't even pickup your order without at least a $10 tip for them, you might be spending quite a bit on the tip by the time the restaurantcharges you 18% for putting it in a bag and the driver charges you at least $10 to even consider bringing the food to you. Idon't tip McDonald's for putting my food in a bag, and I don't see why the employees here feel entitled to it for doing the samething. I will not order carry-out from here, but will certainly be back again to dine-in. I might even bring my own utensilsnext time. Live and learn. Read more

The fries are great . This is supposed to be a large fry. It is $4.99 plus tax?s. I think I got 8 fry?s. I would hate to see... what the small give you 2 maybe 3 fry?s. I got a quesadilla also. and that didn?t come with anything and it took 35 min to makeas I waited at the bar no one offered me any water or asked if I would like a drink. Thing have gone downhill. Wonderful customer service! We didn't have to wait to be seated long. Great great atmosphere for a gastro pub. I'm sure this... place will be very nice during warmer weather to sit outside. I thought the food was good. I really enjoyed the salad andcocktails. Read more

Food was delicious. Place looked incredible. But the service was just O. K. Our server didn't check on us until we were all... done. Didn't bring the sauces we requested and didn't refill our drinks. If the place was super packed I could see why theyforgot, but it wasn't that busy. I would definitely go again in the future because like I said, the food was delicious. Read more

The wife & I pick a new place once a week for Date Night. We were met by the hostess at the door,& seated. Our waitress was... right there to get our drinks,then appetizers. We both ordered a different burger. Our bacon cheese fries & fried pickles withthe house dipping sauce (Delicious) There wasn't a long wait for the food at all ????. The Burgers arrived, mine was a lilpink,but my wife's was red inside, the waitress apologized, & within 10 minutes my wife was very HAPPY. I would suggest askingyour Burgers to be well done.
