Corporate complaint page doesn't work on Subway.com. Below is what I plan to send if I can get it to work. This is the second... time I have had issues with my order. The first being that a friend of mine and I had gotten our orders through the app. Shefound a piece of metal from a steel brush in her sandwich and I found some form of paper from packaging in mine. We tried to beunderstanding and knew that sometimes these things happen. However, yesterday my order was completely messed up. I ordered agrilled chicken salad. I didn't check my salad before I left. When I got back to work, the lettuce in my salad was brown and thepieces were soggy. My salad was also missing several ingredients, including the grilled chicken. This is not worth the money Iam paying for it, but it is also frustrating because I can't leave work to take it back and fix it. I wasted the time on mybreak, and then had nothing suitable to eat besides a few cucumbers, tomatoes, and slices of provolone cheese covered in ranch. Read more
