I had a double Whopper Jr. The bread was not fresh. It wasn't stale but certainly not fresh. Update: Made two trips for the... same burger and got the same result. The meat was cold and the bun was hard. What the heck? Who's the owner of this particularfranchise? Whomever you are at this rate you're gonna be just like all of the older places that closed because of pour customerservice and horrible food. It's not that hard of a job. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru with no one in line but me.
Have eaten there many, many times. Had eaten there two weeks prior, and had called ahead to make sure my daughter could bring... her certified emotional support dog (a 5 pound mini schnauzer), with no problem. This time, however, after being seatedordering our drinks and appetizers, a male manager came and asked to see the certification for the 4 month old emotional supportdog. Gave it to him, then he was quite RUDE and said "emotional support dogs aren't recognized by the ADA. We explained thatthe paperwork was in process to have him be a "Service Dog", which is recognized by the ADA, but he told us we had to leave. Will NEVER go there again, even though he is now a service dog! The place could use a good cleaning too. Blinds and airfilters on the ceiling above every table we looked at were FILTHY! I always order the impossible whopper the fry and sprite with no ice, and I use the app to get it for $7 dollars. It is always... prepared like I want it and the fries are always hot and the sprite is cold even with out ice. I always pull out of linecause it a special order. I understand and Appreciate that it's not held under a heat lamp. Read more
I was told to pull up and wait on my chicken croissant to be cooked which I ordered 4. I made it home not 1 but all 4 were burnt... and one even had a piece of brownish blonde hair cooked on top of the breading. This place is a joke! I pull up to the drive-thru and somebody said "Can you come in?" I responded why "We switching shifts". So... I go inside I'm standing there and everybody looking at me like they don't see me. Finally a cashier walks up and starts talkingto a girl behind me in a stern tone and going back and forth because she doesn't have a ride home now she has a huge attitude."What you like to get?" I said bacon and cheese whopper meal. "Small, medium, or larger?" Hold on a second I want it large butno ketchup or mayo and add extra pickles. "Cash or card"? Card "Well I got to ring you up in drive-thru". Please tell me why didI have to come in for you to run my card in drive-thru? She just looked at me crazy with no response. The drink machine didn'tgive out ice and fly flew from out the machine. Get my food fries are cold, old lettuce on my burger, no pickles at all when Iasked for extra, and the meat was old.
