Gladys Leon is just simply the nicest lady at this McDonalds. I drive thru every morning and it's always such a pleasure to see... her, her positive attitude is contagious. I see her behind the counter and I see she is multi tasking and just taking care ofcustomers. She is truly not only an amazing employee in my opinion but a great person. Thank you Ms Gladys Leon for such greatservice and always doing your job with a smile even during rush morning hours. We all know what a McDonald's is, so I'll only talk about the staffing issue: weekday lunch hour and they had only 3 or 4 staff... working? Ludicrous. Drive thru line was out to the street, the walk up line was out of the door. Those workers were runningtheir butts off, but couldn't keep up. Really taking 'lean staffing' to the extreme. Update: it shouldn't take 10min to get 4burgers in the drive thru during dinner rush, but apparently this is the new standard for McDonald's. Read more
Burgers ???? could be hotter, especially since we ordered ours without onions. ???? Napkins with food would be nice also!!
Just FYI they ask walk ins to wear masks. I don't know if they refuse service or not. due to that change I noticed the drive... thru line has been significantly longer and slower. The drive thru line isn't set up well for long lines and people will cut infront of the actual line and it gets dangerous. I saw a lady get out of her car to yell at a cutter but I didn't stick around tosee the results. The staff has been changing a lot lately so there is no consistency in quality control. Don't expect your orderto be perfect no matter how many or few items you order. Door dash and similar services often get priority and make wait timeslonger when you do a walk in order. The parking lot is often full around lunch and when I went recently there was no parking andhad to park across the street. The staff seems to work hard but they also don't seem adequately staffed. Always signs saying nowhiring. I go here about once per week and they were one of the only McDonald's to never bring indoor dining or self serve drinksback at any point in the past year. Read more
I downloaded the mcdonald?s app and used curbside pickup in the numbered and designated spaces for breakfast and ordered 1... McGriddle meal. I waited for 25 minutes. Just use the drive through, the app sucks. Read more
I went through the drive-thru, and the kid who was doing my order. He was good but he really needs to slow down. He got the... whole entire order wrong, he had to go over the order multiple mounts of times. And he was still missing an item. from theirmistakes of messing up the order instead of going extremely fast they should slow it down a tad bit. But then also the fries arereally cold and the sandwiches were too definitely not worth the trip. Read more
I waited for 30 minutes for them to bring my food up when I use my mobile app. They should not use this system because they?re... not prepared for it. This quite possibly is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to in my life. There?s two more down the streetand I won?t come back to this one. Read more
