This is the 3rd time in a row my takeout order was cold and missing stuff. Order ID 13752154882031616 order placed 3:46pm. I... ordered online while parked in the front of the restaurant. Website says it'll be done at 4 04pm. I immediately called therestaurant to let them know I'm out front and sitting in spot #2. As it was not busy there. Tables pretty full but no linewaiting for a table. I called to check on order twice between 4pm and 4:20pm. Both times told still waiting on food. So I walkedin to speak with the host, she said not ready. Walked in 15 mins later and spoke with a European accented manager, I presume dueto his age. He went to look for the food said not ready yet and he'll bring it out to me. At 4:37 he walked outside and gave methe food, as I waited in my vehicle. I get home less than a mile away, and everything is literally cold. Cold cold. No saladdressing to use. And by the way, this happened last week when I ordered a salad. They forgot the dressing then. And they forgotthe fudge for my 2 lava cakes this time. I'm so over the bad experiences. I wasted another $90 here. I recall when this storehad QC. Read more

Horrible food quality and standards. A quick west coast lunch. The chips and salsa was the start and the Big Wave with cheese was the main course.

Food was served hot and pretty quick. Busy at the time of visit. However the staff stayed on top and provided good service

We had a great experience here. Enjoyed the low key tiki decor. Can recommend the Toucan chicken sandwich and burgers. Go for... the truffle fries! Good cocktails and attentive service. Read more

Waitress did great! She was pleasant and accommodating of my food allergy. Menus are new and paper that was a surprise. It was... weird that our fries were delivered before our burgers. We'll ask for them to be delivered simultaneously next time so theydon't get cold. Overall I'm a fan and will be back! Read more

This is a super cute place. The decorations are adorable. The outside and inside is very clean. The tv plays amazing surfing... the entire time. We were seated right away because they were not very busy. Our waitress did not notice us so we sat thereforever before she came to take our order. The people that came in well after us even had their food. It took about 40 minutesfrom the time we were seated to actually eat and at they point we were exhausted from our trip down there. I had the Yaki tacosand on the menu they sounded delicious but I would say they were just okay. The flavors did not blends well for me. Read more
