I?m just going to have to stop coming here for Chai Latte. It?s so hit and miss, but on more than one occasion, I?ve received a... drink that is 98% milk, 2% chai. It?s disgusting and not what I paid for. I had to go home and try to add some flavor to it soit?s not a waste of a $5 cup of milk. Really disappointed. If there was a negative star I would have chose that. Drive thru closed so I went in. The previous 2 times I've been inside I... was ignored for a good 5mins before someone got around to helping me. Today 8/7/2021, I stood at the counter while the 3 Stogesbehind the counter were busy not doing much. It was 12mins I waited before the girl walked over. If the store manager called me then the rating could of been higher. The store manager still has not called me after one of... their associates tossed the bag at me through the drive-thru and didn?t hand me a receipt (which is policy). The associaterolled their eyes after I asked for the receipt and asked for ketchup (nothing was offered upon the bag toss). Read more
I rarely get a treat like dunkin' donuts but I did today. The staff there were very friendly and the service was prompt.... Although they don't have all the selections they did before covid-19, it was still a great choice of sweets! The coffee waspretty good too! Read more
I'm gonna start with the positive note. Easy location and easy parking. Place looks clean too. Staff is friendly and helpful.... Now donuts on the other hand were a big disappointment. Very dry! Like they have been made days ago. Will not go back there fordonuts anymore but maybe will try an icecream one day. It's a bummer. Because I live a good donut. Read more
Dropped by here on my way to work for breakfast today. The donuts (the 5 munchkins I got) were as expected, nothing over the... top. There was a little bit of trash and food scattered around the tables and seating area. The staff here was very friendly(and understanding when I explained to them that I wanted to spin in circles to take photos for Google Street View).
