Worst experience ever!!! And this was my first and last time here. My experience was through the drive thru, however I still had... to go inside. I get to the speaker and it takes them a while probably a minute. Now it might not seem like much but in a drivethru a minute is a long time. Little did I know that was going to be the highlight of my experience. After placing my order iwait a good 15minutes. Good thing my phone had battery and my car had gas. So I put my car in park, put Netflix on and chilled,but didn't have snacks or a drink. So finally I get to the window I pay I am handed my food, I ask for hot sauce and thegentleman at the window says we dont have hot sauce. I'm Mexican so I love my good spicy. Anyways o well he says that'severything I drive off. And they had not given me my drink, great!! I call the number no answer. I call again nothing itliterally stopped ringing and went into silent. I cal again nothing. I then drive back, get off my car walk in and I tell Ginawhat happened and if I could have a teriyaki sauce. She says that will be 5 something cents. Yea I didn't pay attention becauseI could not believe she was still going to charge me. I told her really I waited forever in your drive thru, didn't get mycomplete order and you want to charge me for teriyaki sauce. She turns around asks the kitchen crew for teriyaki sace gives itto me with attitude doesn't even give eye contact when i grab it. I say thank and I didn't get a you are welcome. I present to you my $12 meal that seems like the forgot the extra beef I asked for ????.. I walked to the counter and they just... said well that's where the vegetables go but you didn't want any.. but while telling me they basically had there hand in myplate.. Used to love this place. I recently just got it again after years, it was very pathetic. Asked for no onions on 2/3 of the large... bowls. No of them had any and there was about the same amount of food in the large as the regular. Very upsetting expirience. Read more
I can say my Food was done to perfection! The beef I got was so tender, and the chicken was cooked just right & with the perfect... amount of sauce. I?ve gone to different yoshinoyas, and I can say this one in my opinion was outstanding. Good Job To the Staffin this location ???? Read more
Certain employees close earlier then time posted. Wastes time and gas. Also, I ordered on Postmates and got a side of sweet... chili shrimp and 2 XL Combos of orange chicken and more sweet chili shrimp. It looks like they ran out of the sauce, because allwe got were fried chicken and shrimp. Oh, and I got a side of veggies instead of shrimp. Very Unprofessional and verydissatisfied. Read more

This establishment is filthy. When I visited the trash cans were overfilled, floor needed to be mopped, and the tables were... dirty. I should have checked the grade on this place. The staff needs to understand that they serve food. Read more
