Ordered 6 meals and spent over $50 and they forgot the 2 small fries for the biggie bags and the hamburger from another meal.... They have yet to give us a receipt when ordering here. It really is hit or miss for us to receive a completely accurate order. Read more
I haven't been to this location in years because of how many times I left disappointed. Amazing to see they actually got... worse. I pull in to the drive thru. I'm waiting behind a car thinking they're taking a while. Open my window and two minuteslater I hear the intercom apologizing for the wait. I pull up and I'm immediately asked to wait. At this point, me and the othercar are the only ones in the drive thru. It takes about five minutes before they take my order. I pull up to the window and ittakes more time before they open it and take my money. More minutes to get my drink. Ignored some more. More time to get myfood. Which I wouldn't been too upset if the food was decent, I'm happy if my food is good. It wasn't. The burgers look likesliders, had old bread and weren't even warm. The fries were stale and not warm. The soda taste watered down. It's like theyaccepted a challenge to make the worst food possible. No one I bought food for finished their meal. I wasn't given a receipt soI have no proof of purchase. I really hate to complain like really I?m the type to just eat my wrong order just so I don?t have to go back, and I?ve never... even written a review before but I really felt this was necessary. This is the absolute worst Wendy?s location I?ve ever been toand I?ve been around lived near it for 2 years and I can confidently say I?ve never once been satisfied with this Wendy?s. Theyget your order wrong everytime, service is horrible and it?s like they forget how to make sandwiches because everytime I get thesame thing, it always comes out different. Wendy?s if your reading take it from me a valued customer of yours. Very busy. They don't have the straws or napkins and ketchup or salt packets out. Which is understandable but they don't give... you the stuff unless you ask. There are no trays, so getting rid of trash can be dirty and a hassle. The food was great!! Read more
They seem to have a problem getting orders correctly. ordered 2 large chilli, gave me 2 small. 1 with out onion, no onion on... both. Ordered a plane hamburger got a plane cheeseburger.
